摘要: The breathing disorder treatment system is a continuous monitoring and an actuated stimulation system for the treatment of breathing disorders, such as sleep apnea. The system includes computer readable memory in communication with a processor, and a threshold blood oxygen saturation (BOS) level is recorded therein. A BOS sensor is provided for continually measuring the blood oxygen saturation level in the patient. The BOS sensor is in communication with the processor, such that the measured BOS level is continually compared with the threshold BOS level. A timer is in communication with the processor, so that if a series of measured BOS levels are less than or equal to the threshold BOS level, a time of apnea or low BOS occurrence is recorded in the memory, and an alarm is actuated according to a calculated moving average period based upon the times of occurrence.

摘要: An electronic apparatus includes a communication device that communicates with a mobile device and a plurality of devices via a network. The mobile device is wirelessly connectable to the network. The electronic apparatus further includes a control unit configured to determine whether the mobile device is disconnected from the network, and a message sending unit configured to send an alarm message to one of the devices by communication between the one of the devices and the communication device when the mobile device is disconnected from the network, the one of the devices being currently powered on.

摘要: Embodiments described herein are directed to personalizing event participation of a visitor at an event. Embodiments include communication nodes that form defined wireless areas. A first one of the communication nodes determines when the visitor enters a first defined wireless area in response to detecting an identifier associated with the personal portable wireless device associated with the visitor, records user activities of the visitor within the first one of defined wireless areas, and determines an interest of the visitor in response to the user activities in the first defined wireless area, where the interest is used to customize the event for the visitor.

摘要: A system for detecting unauthorised use of a network is provided with a pattern matching engine for searching attack signatures into data packets, and with a response analysis engine for detecting response signatures into data packets sent back from an attacked network/computer. When a suspect signature has been detected into a packet, the system enters an alarm status starting a monitoring process on the packets sent back from the potentially attacked network/computer. An alarm is generated only in case the analysis of the response packets produces as well a positive result. Such intrusion detection system is much less prone to false positives and misdiagnosis than a conventional pattern matching intrusion detection system.

摘要: A battery operated moisture indicator for selective attachment to an existing diaper worn by a baby, having an audible alarm and having a liquid crystal display bulb, for providing an audible alert and a visual alert, respectively, when the diaper has been wet by the baby. The circuit includes a mechanism for selectively activating the alarm and the liquid crystal display bulb when an aqueous electrolyte-containing solution has wetted the diaper. The moisture indicator is provided with a diaphanous sac having a clip for selectively attaching the moisture indicator to the external surface of the front of an existing diaper, thereby providing a moisture indicator that is comfortable for a baby to wear.
