摘要： A method of manufacturing an electroluminescent device which has an anode (4) and a cathode (10) and arranged between the anode (4) and the cathode (10) a light emissive layer (8), also includes an anode protection layer (6) which protects the anode (10) against the effects of converting a precursor polymer to a semiconductive conjugated polymer which constitutes the light emissive layer (8). This has been found to increase the brightness and half-life of devices.
