摘要： The invention refers to a tying system employing an accessory bearing a quick attachment hook, for tying a plastic cover film for agricultural crops such as soft fruit covers. Cultivation of soft fruits in covered space has been growing in recent decades. Several solutions have been developed including greenhouses or gable systems. The placement, fastening and fixing of the plastic film is achieved with ropes, elastic cords or soft PVC tubing. However, the cost of binding the plastic film is significant as skilled staff and considerable amounts of man hours are required to tie the plastic film to the supporting structure. Tying the film, in most cases, is carried out by employing knots on grommets that the plastic films.

摘要： A vertical plant support system that is anchored into the ground by a stake to provide a solid support which holds a long hollow rectangular prism that is attached to it. This hollow rectangular prism has holes throughout its length on all 4 sides. A brace-like attachment is then attached to the hollow rectangular prism using the holes as a point of contact at various points of the growth of the vertical growing plants. These braces can be attached at any time during the growth of the plant. Additionally, there is a connection piece that connects 2 hollow rectangular prisms in order to vertically extend the height of the support system. This allows the full vertical support system to grow indeterminately along with the plant. This support system supports the plant from a lower elevation to a higher elevation, in response to the growth of the plant.

摘要： Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are directed to a support device for a decorative tree, for example a natural Christmas tree. The support device includes an arcuate member and a cylindrical portion extending substantially perpendicular to the arcuate member. The arcuate member includes at least one elongated gripping tooth positioned on a concave surface of the arcuate member opposite the surface of the arcuate member from which the cylindrical portion extends from. The support device is configured and dimensioned for use with conventional tree stands in order to produce a substantial clamping action around the trunk of the decorative tree in order to hold the decorative tree in a substantially upright position.

摘要： A plant protection system which is economical, and quickly installed and removed and which can be used on row crops such as strawberries to protect against frost, freezing, and insects. The system includes a series of frames placed along a crop row wherein each frame has at least one twine engaging loop on the upper portion of the frame. Twine is tensioned along the upper sides of the frames by drawing the twine into an open end of the loop, looping the twine completely around the loop and proceeding to the next frame with the twine held in tension at the loop. A protective cover is draped over the frames and tensioned twine and anchored in the crop furrows. The tension of the twine between the frames prevents the cover from sagging and touching the crops.

摘要： A striplike body of vegetation which is used to cover roofs with thin layers of vegetation. The inventive body of vegetation is comprised of structural matting arranged on at least one base. The structural matting can be filled with a substrate and germinative plant material, especially seeds, shoots, spores or parts of shoots. The base consists of a feltlike nonwoven material which is only slightly permeable with respect to wind but which has a substantial water storage capacity. According to the invention, the striplike body of vegetation is characterised in that at least the base is permeable with respect to wind as a result of the introduction of holes.
