    摘要: A method for preparing a negative pressure film-covering frozen sand mold includes: directly obtaining a mold cavity of a sand mold through numerically controlled machining of a frozen sand blank; covering a surface, brushed with a thermal insulation coating, of the mold cavity of the sand mold with a softened thin film, and covering an outer surface of the sand mold with a back film to seal a sand box; fixing the frozen sand mold in an air extraction sand box with a vacuum chamber, and extracting air through a vacuum pump, so that the thin film tightly adheres to the sand mold through vacuum suction force; and closing the box to obtain an integral sand mold, and pouring a casting at room temperature or low temperature under negative pressure. The method is environment-friendly, and the prepared frozen sand mold has high strength and is convenient for sand cleaning.

    摘要: A casting method includes preparing a thin shell mold which is sintered and placed in a box. Sands are buried in the box to encompass the thin shell mold. The pressure chamber is depressurized. The casting material is filled into the thin shell mold, such that the thin shell mold is disposed at a vacuum state. Then, the negative pressure of the pressure chamber is released. Then, the pressure chamber is pressurized, to form a pressure difference which presses the casting material to flow into the thin shell mold, thereby finishing the casting work. The temperature of the casting material is reduced, and the pressure in the pressure chamber is increased. Then, the casting material is cooled to form a casting product. Then, the thin shell mold is broken, and the casting product is removed.

    摘要: A metal casting system including novel process and apparatus wherein the shape of the casting is defined by a thin thermal degrading film supported by a particulate bed. A pattern having the shape of the desired casting is surrounded by the tight fitting film with one end of the pattern exposed. A particulate bed is tightly packed about the film-surrounded pattern. A reduced fluid pressure is established within the particulate bed relative to the pattern so that the surrounding film is tightly held by atmospheric pressure against the particulate bed and slightly released from the pattern. The pattern is removed from the surrounding film and leaves therein a cavity bounded by the film with the shape of the desired casting. The cavity is filled with molten metal for forming the desired casting simultaneously with the vaporization of the film. The present metal casting system is especially useful for the casting of cylindrical shapes using unique molds and a novel flask is provided for such a casting process.

    摘要: An improved method of producing a mould under a reduced pressure is described herein. In the improved method, after a main pattern (1) having a protrusion and a recess is inserted with an auxiliary pattern (8) having the same shape as said recess and having an air-tight film (9) tightly adhered on its outer peripheral surface into said recess, said main pattern (1) is fixedly placed on a surface plate (2) provided with evacuating means, and the surface of the main pattern (1) including the upper surface of said surface plate but excluding the upper surface of said auxiliary pattern (8) is covered with an air-tight film (3). Then, after said air-tight film (3) has been tightly adhered onto the surface of the main pattern (1) excluding the upper surface of said auxiliary pattern (8) and onto the upper surface of the surface plate (2) with the evacuating means of the surface plate (2), said auxiliay pattern (8) is extracted from the main pattern (1). Subsequently, after a casting frame (4) provided with pressure reducction means has been placed on the surface plate (2), solid particles (7) are filled in said casting frame (4). Still further, after the entire top surface of said casting frame (4) and the solid particles (7) has been covered with an air-tight film (10), said air-tight films (3) and (9) are adhered onto the side of the solid particles (7) by reducing the pressure within said casting frame (4) with said pressure reduction means and by recovering an atmospheric pressure within the surface plate (2), and then the main pattern (1) as well as the surface plate (2) are separated from the casting frame (4).
