    摘要： An apparatus for grinding cast steel railroad wheels is provided. The apparatus comprises a railroad wheel support assembly that includes a roller assembly to receive and grasp the railroad wheel and rotate the railroad wheel about its center axis. A grinding assembly is also provided that includes a motor operatively connected to a grinding wheel. The motor and grinding wheel are mounted to a support assembly. The railroad wheel support assembly oscillates about an axle assembly during grinding. The grinding assembly is designed to advance the grinding wheel laterally into the railroad wheel during grinding. The lateral advancing of the grinding wheel and oscillating of the railroad wheel are controlled to achieve a finish grinding of the selected surface of the railroad wheel to a preselected contour.

    摘要： A wheel deburring device includes a machine frame, a wheel delivery and positioning mechanism mounted in the frame, and a brush for brushing off burrs from a wheel. The brush is movably mounted to the frame through a rising and falling plate and a sliding plate rack connected with the plate via first guide rails, the brush being able to rotate by a servo motor mounted in the frame and to rise and fall by a rising and falling cylinder. A first servo electric cylinder is mounted so that the first cylinder can adjust angles of the brush. A second servo electric cylinder is fixed at one side of the rising and falling plate, and its output end is connected with the rack so that the second cylinder can adjust positions of the brush through first guide rails.

    摘要： A wheel truing machine for simultaneously truing two lengthwise spaced wheels of a vehicle. The machine includes a fixed wheel truing assembly. A movable wheel truing assembly is lengthwise positionable relative to the fixed assembly to adjust the spacing therebetween to the wheel spacing. A biasing means for accommodating extreme out-of-roundness conditions permits limited increase in the spacing after the movable assembly is located in its lengthwise position. The track structure is constructed to provide continuous trackage when required.
