    摘要: This invention relates to a container pre-cutting system, applicable to multilayer and/or single-layer (3) container forming machines (4) that provide intermittent advances to the multi-layer and/or single-layer material with a length according to an advance step of the machine; said system being suitable for making a lower pre-cut (32) on the lower surface and an upper pre-cut (32) on the upper surface of the multilayer and/or single-layer material (3). The system comprises a lower pre-cutting device (1) and an upper pre-cutting device (2), provided with respective lower (11) and upper (21) blades having relative vertical movement with respect to the multilayer and/or single-layer material (3); and wherein the lower pre-cutting device (1) and the upper pre-cutting device (2) are separated in the advance direction of the multilayer and/or single-layer material (3) at a length approximately equal to a multiple of the advance step of the machine.

The dispenser includes reversible modular components to define selective removability and rearrangement between them and a base structure such that one or more sheets of a passing liquid-receiving substrate may receive such liquid through interchangeable liquid-dispensing orientations. The removability features include tool-free operation to facilitate quick insertion and removal of the modular components that include at least a liquid-dispensing valve assembly and a seal that is selectively engageable with the valve assembly to protect liquid-dispensing nozzles of the valve assembly from becoming clogged with residual dried liquid during periods of inactivity of the liquid dispenser. Selective movable cooperation or attachment between the modules—as well as between the modules and the base structure—facilitates flexible configurations of the dispenser, including top-down and bottom-up liquid-dispensing orientations.

    摘要: A method of sealing reinforced packages. The method can comprise moving an open-ended package in a downstream direction on a package conveyor by engaging the open-ended package with a chain flight of the package conveyor moving in the downstream direction. The method further can comprise forming a bag with a closed end by engaging at least a seal portion of a tail section of an open-ended tube portion of the open-ended package between the chain flight of the package conveyor and a hot plate positioned adjacent the package conveyor. The chain flight can move with the tail section in the downstream direction relative to the hot plate, which can transfer thermal energy to the tail section to at least partially form a seal along the seal portion in the tail section to at least partially form the closed end of the bag.

The bottom wall, the top wall and the pair of first side walls are formed from a one-piece elongate element, which extends along a longitudinal axis and is formed with transverse fold lines. The pair of second side walls consists of two separate cardboard panels, and each of the walls is formed with longitudinal creasing lines defining pairs of first and second folded side wings. The pair of second side walls is glued to the bottom wall using a respective second side wing overlapping the bottom wall to reinforce its longitudinal edges. A method of making a box with a reinforced structure is also disclosed.

The first lateral edge of the substrate is tightly merged with the third lateral edge of the buffer layer, and the second lateral edge of the substrate is tightly merged with the fourth lateral edge of the buffer layer. A method of making a wrapping material includes: providing a substrate; stacking a buffer layer on the substrate; using a thermal cutting tool to cut the stacked substrate and buffer layer so that the substrate and the buffer layer are tightly merged at where they are cut as being melted by heat.
