摘要： A combined writing utensil and light emitter assembly ensures that various accessories are readily accessible for use during hunting. The assembly includes a tube having a first end, a second end and a hollow interior configured to receive objects therein. A writing implement is provided having a main body and a tip. The writing implement is positionable within the hollow interior of the tube through the first end of the tube wherein the tip is positioned proximate the second end of the tube when the writing implement is positioned within the hollow interior. An light emitter is coupled to the second end of the tube. A first end cap is coupled to a distal end of the main body with respect to the tip. The first end cap is removably couplable to the first end of the tube for securing the writing implement within the hollow interior.

摘要： The present invention provides writing instruments having a mechanism for extending and retracting a writing tip and advancing a lead by rotational operation. The writing instrument is comprised of a front tubular member (1); a front inner tubular member (2) disposed within the front tubular member (1); a refill (3) inserted into the front inner tubular member (2); and a driver (10) mounted in the front tubular member (1) and the front inner tubular member (2). The driver (10 ) is allowed to rotate but not be axial displaced relative to the front tubular member (1) and the front inner tubular member (2). A rear tubular member (5) is detachably connected to the driver (10) so as not to allow rotation relative to the driver (10). A rear inner tubular member (4) is inserted in the driver (10). The rear inner tubular member (4) and the driver (10) interengage with each other by engagement between at least one axial groove (11) and corresponding projections (12). The writing instrument further comprises an inclined path (7) provided on one of either front inner tubular member (2) or the rear inner tubular member (4). The inclined path (7) extends obliquely relative to the axial line of the writing instrument from a beginning end (7A) and a terminal end (7B). A projection (8) provided on the other of either the front inner tubular member (2) or the rear inner tubular member (4), engages the inclined path (7).

摘要： A writing instrument includes an advance-retract mechanism for projecting the writing tip from within the barrel for employment of the writing instrument, and retracting the tip to a point within the barrel, when the writing instrument is not in use. A plunger assembly includes a rotatable knob which is disposed at the top of the barrel and is interconnected to a finger which contacts the cam surface of a slidable actuator. Rotation of the knob in one direction advances the writing tip from within the barrel and opposite rotation of the knob is effective to retract the writing tip into the barrel.

摘要： A pen-caliper device includes a pen assembly having a pen barrel, a ballpoint ink cartridge in the barrel, and a mechanism engaging the ink cartridge and the barrel for advancing the ink cartridge to position a ballpoint of the ink cartridge for writing, and later retracting the ballpoint into the pen barrel. The pen-caliper device also includes a caliper assembly having first and second caliper arms each having a pointed tip. First and second gear elements are attached to pivot ends of the first and second caliper arms, respectively. The first and second gear elements engage each other to cause symmetrical opening and closing of the first and second caliper arms. A snug-fitting rigid sheath is slidable over either the caliper assembly or the pen assembly, so a user can remove the sheath from the caliper assembly to expose the first and second divider arms and slide the sheath over the pen assembly for safe-keeping while using the caliper assembly. The user then can place the sheath over the caliper assembly and retract the ballpoint tip so the pen-caliper can be safely carried in a pocket of user's clothing or the like.
