    摘要: A multi-member frame assembly for a track system includes a pivot pin defining a pivot axis, a leading frame member pivotally connected to the pivot pin for pivoting about the pivot axis, and a trailing frame member pivotally connected to the pivot pin for pivoting about the pivot axis, the trailing frame member pivoting independently from the leading frame member. A resilient member is pivotally connected to the leading frame member and to the trailing frame member. The resilient member extends generally vertically between the leading frame member and the trailing frame member. A track system having a multi-member frame assembly is also described.

    摘要: The invention relates to a tracked vehicle (V1, V2) comprising a vehicle body (20; 120), at least one track assembly (10) and a suspension device (S). Said track assembly (10) is arranged to be supported by said vehicle body (20; 120) by means of said suspension device (S). Said leaf spring arrangement comprises L-shaped leaf spring members (30; 130), each leaf spring member (30; 130) having a first portion (32; 132) attached to said vehicle body (20; 120), a second portion (34; 134) attached to said track support beam (12) and a transition portion (36; 136) there between, so that compressive and tensile stresses are located to said transition portion (36; 136) for generating a compressive action in said transition portion.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a suspension arrangement for a tracked vehicle. The suspension arrangement includes a road wheel arm having a wheel axle portion for supporting a wheel of the vehicle and a pivot axle portion. The road wheel arm is pivotably journalled at the pivot axle portion to a housing that is fixable to the vehicle body. A torsion bar is connected to the pivot axle portion and a torsion tube is arranged to be connected to the vehicle body, with the torsion bar running through the torsion tube and arranged to be connected to the torsion tube. The modulus of elasticity of the torsion tube material is lower than the modulus of elasticity of the torsion bar material such that the maximum suspension travel is increased.

    摘要: A method for reducing torsional shock of a driving system of an electric vehicle is provided. In the method, torsional torque of a part of the driving system is calculated by applying motor torque to a motor under the condition that a parking gear is engaged and monitoring a motor speed. Reverse torsional torque having the same magnitude as the calculated torsional torque is applied to the part of the driving system when release of the parking gear is requested, and then the parking gear is released to reduce shock caused by torsion of the part of the driving system when the parking gear is released.

An endless flexible belt extends around the end wheels and has an upper run and a lower run for engaging the ground. A plurality of longitudinally spaced bogie wheels are positioned below the main frame and engage the lower run of the belt. The bogie wheels are carried by bogie frames supported for vertical movement and also for tilting movement relative to a plane defined by the axes of the end wheels. The bogie frames are urged or biased downwardly against the lower run of the belt by compression members extending from the main frame and preferably in the form of annular rubber spring members.
