The second suspension member is pivotally connectable to the frame assembly, extends at least partially within the receptacle, and is moveable relative to the first suspension member. The resilient member has a first surface that is generally fixedly connected to the second suspension member and a second surface that is generally fixedly connected to the first suspension member. The first and second suspension members have a first position, and in response to the first and second suspension members moving relative to one another, the resilient member biases the first 10 and second member toward the first position. A track system is also disclosed.

摘要: A track system for use with a vehicle includes an attachment assembly connectable to the chassis of the vehicle having a multi-pivot assembly having a first pivot extending longitudinally and defining a roll pivot axis, and a second pivot extending laterally and defining a pitch pivot axis. A frame assembly is disposed laterally outwardly from the attachment assembly and connected thereto. The frame assembly includes at least one wheel-bearing frame member. The track system further includes at least one actuator connected between the attachment assembly and the frame assembly for pivoting the frame assembly about the roll pivot axis, a leading idler wheel assembly, a trailing idler wheel assembly, at least one support wheel assembly, and an endless track.

摘要: A wheel for a track assembly is disclosed. The wheel includes an integrally formed body having hub and rim portions and first and second walls. The first and second walls, which connect the rim and hub portions, extend radially therebetween. The hub and rim portions and the first and second walls define an interior chamber configured to hold forming material. The first wall defines an aperture providing a pathway to the interior chamber for the evacuation of the forming material, and the aperture being shaped for evacuating debris introduced into the interior chamber in operation. A track system having the same is also disclosed.

摘要: A suspended undercarriage assembly connectable to a multi-member frame assembly of a track system includes a beam having a leading portion and a trailing portion, at least one support wheel assembly connectable to the beam, at least one of a leading resilient bushing assembly and a trailing resilient bushing assembly including a bushing having an opening defined therein and being shaped and dimensioned for promoting deformation of the bushing in at least one of a vertical direction and a lateral direction. The bushing is resiliently deformable to permit movement of the beam relative to the multi-member frame assembly in the vertical direction and in the lateral direction, and to resiliently bias the beam towards a rest position with respect to the multi-member frame assembly. A track system having the suspended undercarriage assembly is also provided.
