摘要: A passive cyclone separator to treat a fluid in a microgravity environment to separate a liquid phase of the fluid from a gas phase of the fluid, comprising a tubular body having a longitudinal axis and internally defining a separation chamber within which the gas phase of the fluid is separable, in use, from the liquid phase of the fluid; an inlet opening through which the fluid is injectable, in use, into the separation chamber along an injection axis; a liquid phase outlet opening, through which the liquid phase separated from the gas phase exits, in use, the separation chamber; and a gas phase outlet opening, through which the gas phase separated from the liquid phase exits, in use, the separation chamber; the injection axis is inclined towards the liquid phase outlet opening so as to define a non-zero fluid injection angle with a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal axis.

摘要: This invention provides a composition comprising I. at least one reaction product between a nitrogen-free monohydric alcohol and an aldehyde or ketone, and II. at least one reaction product between a monosaccharide having 3 to 6 carbon atoms and/or an oligosaccharide being formed by oligomerization of monosaccharides having 3 to 6 carbon atoms and an aldehyde or ketone, and optionally III. at least one reaction product from III.a) formaldehyde, and III.b) an amine, selected from the group consisting of primary alkyl amines having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and primary hydroxy alkyl amines having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, and optionally IV. at least one solid suppression agent selected from the group consisting of IV(a). alkali or alkaline earth metal hydroxides IV(b). mono-, di- or tri-hydroxy alkyl, aryl or alkylaryl amines, IV(c). mono-, di- or tri-alkyl, aryl or alkylaryl primary, secondary and tertiary amines or IV(d). multifunctional amines and IV(e). mixtures of compounds of groups IV(a) to IV(c). wherein alkyl is C1 to C15, aryl is C6 to C15 and alkylaryl is C7 to C15.

摘要: A separation system includes an elongated separator vessel having an inlet, a heating section which is located downstream of the inlet, an oil accumulation section which is located downstream of the heating section, and an oil outlet which is connected to the oil accumulation section. The heating section includes an immersed plate heater which is fluidly connected to a heating medium heater that is located externally of the separator vessel. In operation, a heating fluid which is heated in the heating medium heater is circulated through the immersed plate heater to heat the multiphase fluid.

摘要: A device for preparing high-purity hydrogen and/or oxygen by electrolyzing water, including an electrolyzer and a degasser for degassing desalted water. The degasser is located at the upstream of the electrolyzer. After desalted water is heated and degassed in the degasser, the content of gaseous impurities, particularly argon, can be reduced to several ppb (weight ratio). The hydrogen and oxygen generated after the desalted and degassed water is electrolyzed in the electrolyzer also contain an extremely small amount of argon, so that the requirements in semiconductor industry are met. Also involved is a method of preparing high-purity hydrogen and/or oxygen by using the device.

摘要: Disclosed is a multi-stage sedimentation rake-free thickening device. The device includes a central tank. A diversion sedimentation zone is arranged on the outside of the center tank. The diversion sedimentation zone includes an annular diversion sedimentation screen and a concentrated magnetic shower. The annular diversion sedimentation screen includes an annular groove spirally arranged around a central groove body. The annular groove is sequentially arranged with second spoiler baffles along the length direction. The lower bottom plate of the annular groove is also provided with second underflow discharge port. Multiple second inclined plate diversion discharge pipe is arranged under the corresponding second underflow discharge ports. The outlets of all the second inclined plate guide discharge pipes are collected to the second underflow discharge pipe, and the settled water is discharged from the second overflow discharge pipe arranged at the end of the annular groove.
