The railing support includes a bracket and at least one rebar configured to couple the bracket with the base. At least a majority of the rebar is disposed substantially horizontally in the concrete base. The railing includes a panel, a plurality of bracket couplers, and a panel coupler configured to couple the panel and the bracket coupler. The bracket coupler is configured to be at least partly inserted in the inner space of the bracket. The panel is oriented vertically next to the concrete base.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a fabricated concrete connection structure and a construction method, the structure including shear wall members. Tops of the shear wall members are fixedly connected to a plurality of connection female heads, and the plurality of connection female heads are arranged at equal intervals along length directions of the shear wall members. Reinforcing cage pre-formed holes penetrate through the tops and bottoms of the shear wall members. A plurality of connection male heads are arranged at equal intervals along the length directions of the shear wall members, and the plurality of connection male heads are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of connection female heads. One sides of the bottoms of the shear wall members are fixedly connected to folding plates. The present disclosure can achieve the purpose of connecting the shear wall members conveniently and quickly, improving the efficiency and quality of construction.

摘要: Disclosed are various construction techniques for erecting a multistory building with an elevator shaft. In accordance with the method, upper and lower shaft components are formed at an offsite facility. These shaft components are then joined together to form a segment of the larger elevator shaft. Once constructed, the segment is transported to a jobsite and erected. Once an individual segment is installed, a floor slab can be formed about the segment. Using pre-cast elevator segments simplifies and expedites the construction process. In one embodiment, each segment includes a serrated edge that facilitates a connection between the floor slab and the shaft segment. Rebar and reinforcing dowels can also be used to improve the connection. Associated shaft constructions are also disclosed.

摘要: Precast concrete residences resist great hurricane wind forces and moderate seismic forces. The entire residential structure, excluding the slab on grade are made from plant-cast concrete panels. Foundation panel joints are designed at the center of the precast wall panels to assure proper load-distribution from the walls to the foundation. Using a precast foundation greatly increases the speed of construction. All structural elements are field-bolted together. An interior wall track design allows engineered, prefabricated interior wall panels to roll into the home and “tip up” into place without wedging between the floor and ceiling.

摘要: An oval cover member is formed of high density polyethylene and sized to cover a pocket in which a lift member is secured to a pre-cast concrete structural member. The cover member can be secured to the lift member by a cable tie threaded through the opening of a first protrusion, back through a smaller opening in a second protrusion and pulled to draw the cover member tightly against the concrete structural member. The opposing protrusions form a valley therebetween for the positioning of the lift member. The size of the smaller opening in the second protrusion is too small for the passage of the head of the cable tie, enabling the cover member to be tightly secured to the lift member. A peripheral channel in the cover member can receive a gasket or adhesive that can seal the cover member against the surface of the concrete structural member.

摘要: In some embodiments, a building block includes alignment elements that interlink with a similar block with a positional offset. For example, the positional offset may be linear and/or rotational. For example, the second cinder block may be rotated with respect to the first block on which it is supports. Optionally, protrusions from the top of the block are positioned to interlink to the vertical slots at a fixed offset between the blocks. Optionally, the protrusions are formed by channels on a mold and/or a mold head. In some embodiments, a structure may be built stacked blocks. Optionally, a decorative face is configured to form a continuous decorated surface across offset blocks. In some embodiments a building block includes a calibration feature. For example, the block may include a ridge on the top of the block that may be shaved and/or ground to adjust the height of the block.

摘要: A plurality of wall cells rest upon an underlying cementitious foundation and form a perimeter of the vault. Each wall cell has two lateral sides with mating surfaces thereon which are of complementary undulating shape with adjacent lateral surfaces of adjacent wall cells. The wall cells have different thicknesses and widths to provide desirable wall thickness for a different portions of the oncology vault. A door assembly formed of specialized wall cells and with a pivoting door element are also included within the wall. A ceiling is provided above space inboard of the wall cells. This ceiling is formed of separate ceiling slab elements. The slabs are stacked in at least one layer. In one embodiment, multiple layers of slabs are stacked with seams between slabs of each layer offset from each other. In another embodiment, lateral sides of the slabs have a complementary undulating shape.
