Abstract: An X-ray fluorescence analyzer is provided with an X-ray tube that irradiates primary X-rays, a first power supply that supplies a filament current, a second power supply that applies a tube voltage, a first diode connected to a power line, a Zener diode connected to the ground terminal, and an operational amplifier having an inverting input terminal, and a non-inverting input terminal. The non-inverting input terminal is connected to the power line, and the output terminal is connected to the second terminal and the inverting input terminal.

Abstract: An X-ray source driving circuit and an X-ray generation device using the same are proposed. Abstract: An apparatus including an X-ray tube is provided. The X-ray tube can include a cathode and an input receptacle coupled to the cathode. The input receptacle can include a connector configured within the input receptacle. The connector can operatively couple the cathode and the input receptacle. The connector can include at least one circuit configured to receive an input signal via the input receptacle. The input signal can be between 20 kV and 400 kV. The input signal can be received as an auxiliary supply voltage. The at least one circuit can be configured to generate an output signal indicative of at least one operational characteristic of the X-ray tube. Related systems, and methods of use are also provided.

Abstract: A mobile diagnostic imaging system includes a battery system and charging system. The battery system is located in the rotating portion of the imaging system, and includes one or more battery packs comprising electrochemical cells. Each battery pack includes a control circuit that controls the state of charge of each electrochemical cell, and implements a control scheme that causes the electrochemical cells to have a similar charge state. The battery system communicates with a charging system on the non-rotating portion to terminate charge when one or more of the electrochemical cells reach a full state of charge. The imaging system also includes a docking system that electrically connects the charging system to the battery system during charging and temporarily electrically disconnects the rotating and non-rotating portions during imaging, and a drive mechanism for rotating the rotating portion relative to the non-rotating portion.

The power source can have a total energy capacity ranging from about 65 Watt-hour to about 170 Watt-hours. Other embodiments are described.
