Abstract: The present invention disclosing a method and a base station for counting user in the MBS service enables the base station to determine the number of terminal receiving specified MBS service. In the present invention, the base station counts respectively the number of the active state terminal and the number of idle state terminal: the base station counts the number of the active state terminal receiving the MBS service according to the record about the specified MBS service user, the base station counts the number of the idle state terminal receiving the specified MBS service according to the MBS service information of the idle state terminal in obtained covering range, then the base station obtains the total number of the MBS service user according to the number of the active state terminal and the number of idle state terminal receiving the MBS.

Abstract: A method, multicast-broadcast device and system for a terminal terminating multicast-broadcast service are disclosed. The terminal of WiMAX network can terminate normally MBS service. When MBS server receives the terminal termination request or when condition for terminating service provided for the terminal is satisfied, MBS server modifies context of the terminal, stops accounting and notifies network side key management entity to terminate key update for the terminal. If the terminal is active, after MBS server confirms that the terminal terminates MBS service, MBS server or anchor gateway notifies service gateway the termination information. Service gateway notifies a base station serving the terminal to modify user count corresponding to MBS and triggers bearer regulation procedure when user count satisfies preset condition. If the base station bears MBS service by PTP mode, after the terminal terminates MBS service, the base station releases resource corresponding to the terminal MBS.

Abstract: In the wireless communication field, a method of terminal adding multicast broadcast service in wireless network and wireless communication system are disclosed, thereof the terminal can successfully add the MBS business and receive the content of MBS business.
