Abstract:
A valve system for a track type engine comprises a cylinder casing radially disposed with a plurality of cylinders, pistons, a track member disposed through the cylinder casing, and rollers connected to the piston for rolling along the track member, wherein the track member is centrally disposed with an output shaft rotating with the cylinder casing, an outer peripheral surface of the cylinder casing is formed with a plurality of holes penetrating into the cylinders, a head having an inner peripheral surface is disposed at an outer side of the cylinder casing, and a suction port for sucking fuel and/or suction air and an exhaust port are formed at the head, and an inner peripheral surface of the head is formed with a long hole for communicating with the suction port and the exhaust port and for communicating with the hole formed at the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder casing.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cam and hump track type engine comprising: a casing radially disposed with a plurality of cylinders about a cam case or a hump track case; pistons reciprocating within the cylinders; a cam or a hump track part mounted on an output shaft disposed at a center of the cam case or the hump track part; a main roller (a first roller) and an auxiliary roller (a second roller) rotatably mounted at the piston for riding and rolling along the cam or the hump track part, wherein the auxiliary roller rides along the track groove of the hump track part to raise or lower the piston, such that an output shaft can smoothly rotate to promote a greater yield in a compact light-weight small engine.
Abstract:
A track determining method for a cam and a hump track part of a cam-type engine, the cam-type engine on where a roller rolls along a cam track surface (CT) having a plurality of crests and valleys, are provided by using a radius (R1) of a circumscribed circle externally contacting a crest of the cam track surface, a radius (R2) of an inscribed circle internally contacting a valley of the cam track surface, a radius (Ra) of a crest circle internally contacting the circumscribed circle, a radius (Rb) of a valley circle externally contacting the crest circle and the inscribed circle, a radius (R) of the main circle of which is the same as the radius of the main roller rolling along the cam track surface, and a radius (r) of a cell circle tangent to the main circle and having a same center as that of the auxiliary roller.
