Abstract: Provided is an absorbable vascular anastomotic system including an insertion tube of which a front end has a plurality of hooks protruding outward and a rear end has ring-shaped protrusions, and an interlocking tube having grooves corresponding to the protrusions of the insertion tube such that two insertion tubes are inserted into the interlocking tube at both ends of the interlocking tube to be fixed. The insertion tube and the interlocking tube are formed of a material which is absorbed into a living body, and when two insertion tubes into which two blood vessels are respectively inserted to be fixed to the hooks are inserted into the interlocking tube at both ends of the interlocking tube, inner walls of both the blood vessels come into contact with each other in the center of the interlocking tube to be anastomosed. Since the absorbable vascular anastomotic system does not require an additional anastomotic device, it is possible to perform the anastomosis even in a narrow space. Further, since the absorbable vascular anastomotic system is completely absorbed into a living body, it is possible to avoid a risk of foreign body reaction. After the absorbable vascular anastomotic system is completely absorbed, the anastomosed vessels recover their own elasticity.

Abstract: An anastomotic device of the present invention includes: a first hand and a second hand for fixing a first anastomotic ring and a second anastomotic ring, respectively, and a coupling unit for coupling the first anastomotic ring and the second anastomotic ring by moving in parallel one of the first and second hands relative to the other of the first and second hands. The coupling unit includes: a driving body which moves in a roughly vertical direction relative to the moving direction of the first and second hands; a first horizontal moving body and a second horizontal moving body connected to the first hand and the second hand, respectively, and which move together with the first hand and the second hand along guide bars; and a first driving bar and a second driving bar connected to the driving body so as to be moved together with the driving body, and slide along a first slide hole and a second slide hole, respectively formed at the first and second horizontal moving bodies so as to move the first and second horizontal moving bodies.
