Abstract: There is provided protein food products comprising Vicia faba and pea protein, wherein the total protein content is in the range of from 45 weight% to 55 weight% and the Vicia faba:pea protein ratio is in the range of from 1.1 to 1.8. There is also provided a process for making the disclosed protein food products.
