Abstract: Systems, methods, and machine readable media are provided for automated product sorting and coordinated delivery using autonomous delivery vehicles within a facility. In exemplary embodiments, a system scans machine readable identifiers affixed to items, and sorts the items into two or more categories. A selected item is identified as scheduled to be picked up in-facility based on the scanning of the machine-readable identifier. An optimal route within the facility from the automated sorting device to a tower apparatus is determined for the a selected autonomous delivery vehicle based at least in part on at least one of facility traffic patterns, locations of other autonomous delivery vehicles, a number of items to be delivered, and additional tasks that can be performed by the selected autonomous delivery vehicle while delivering the item. The selected autonomous delivery vehicle navigates along the optimal route to the tower apparatus to deliver the selected item to the tower apparatus.

Abstract: A computing device-implemented method for automated tracking and optimization of global manufacturing and supply based on impacts of post-approval changes (PACs) is discussed. An exemplary method includes retrieving data from data sources including at least an inventory database, a regulatory database, and a PAC information database. The method further includes analyzing the retrieved data to identify one or more impacts of at least one PAC on one or more drug products or drug substances using a pre-defined rule set for determining which changes were implemented for each lot. The method also includes generating a list of the identified one or more impacts on the one or more drug products or drug substances.

Abstract: Described in detail herein is a nested blockchain system. The nested blockchain system can include distributed nodes in a network. A node is configured to generate a master cryptographically verifiable distributed ledger represented by a sequence of blocks. The node spawns a first sub cryptographically verifiable ledger represented by a first genesis block containing a hash value referencing the first block generated in the master cryptographically verifiable ledger, in response to a first event. The node purges the first sub cryptographic ally verifiable ledger, in response to a second event.

Abstract: A gesture access system adapted to operate in conjunction with a containment carried by a user. The access system includes an access assembly, a mobile device, a storage medium, and a processor. The assembly is adapted to operate between an access and no-access states, and includes a controller, and a signal receiver. The device is disposed in the containment and includes an inertial measurement unit sensor system configured to measure a device motion of the device to conditionally detect an intentional body gesture of the user indicative of an intent to gain access. The intentional body gesture is contrary to routine containment motions caused by routine body motions of the user. The storage medium and the processor are configured to store and execute an application and preprogrammed motion scenario data to analyze the device motion and conditionally send a command signal to the assembly.

Abstract: Methods and systems and computer-readable media are provided for dual optimization of pick walk and tote fill rates in order picking. Embodiments provide improved order picking speed and quality by optimizing pick routing with consideration of both proximity constraints and tote value constraints. Tote value constraints can include constraints on carrying capacity, volume, size in a particular dimension, or weight capacity.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and machine readable media are provided for delivery verification. Delivery of a package is initiated by a courier by submitting an action to a distributed ledger. The courier records video of the delivery of the package to a customer site. The video of the delivery of the package is sent to a blockchain referenced by the distributed ledger. The video of the delivery of the package is added to the blockchain. The customer captures any motion detected video of the package occurring after delivery of the package by the courier and this video is added to the blockchain.

Abstract: A system and a method for the verification and visualization of subcomponents in a completed assembly is disclosed. The system receives upstream product component sourcing manifest from upstream source addresses. The system receives one or more downstream product component sourcing manifest from one or more downstream source addresses. The system generates a cryptographic verifiable ledger of transaction records based on the upstream and downstream manifests and upstream and downstream source addresses. The system propagates transaction records across a network. The system retrieves the records and instantiates a display tree graph structure based on the transactions in the master cryptographic ledger.

Abstract: A system and a method for determining and visualizing compliance data for an organization are discussed. A data fabric module receives an input feed of compliance data for compliance systems, an input feed of entity data that includes facility-specific information and an input feed of external data including social media posts regarding the organization. The compliance data is stored into one or more databases. Key performance indicators are derived by the data fabric module from the received data and are displayed on a dashboard user interface configured to display time-based visual indicators based on location within the organization.

Abstract: A system and a method for hazardous accident remediation in a facility is disclosed. The system retrieves a current task information for a user associated with the user's device. The system monitors status information associated with the current task. Upon the detection of an abrupt event, The system identifies chemical content of an item associated with the current task and a chemical content of an item nearby at the time of the abrupt event. The system identifies a resultant chemical product from the reaction of both the chemical contents. The system transmits hazard information to a server responsive to the resultant chemical product posing a human health hazard. The server selectively operates an environmental control system responsive to the chemical product.
