    Abstract: Described is a method and system for automating financial regulatory compliance. The described subject generates a jurisdictional definition file based on a plurality of financial regulatory requirement for a plurality of countries. Responsive to receiving a transaction request, the method and system further generate a configurable transaction array for the transaction request that is a subset of the jurisdictional definition file based on a sender information and a receiver information. The jurisdiction logic system and method described above further maps the sender information and the receiver information into the configurable transaction array. Lastly, the jurisdiction logic system determines whether the transaction request will succeed or fail by using a decision tree that is populated by the configurable transaction array.

    Abstract: An intelligent assistant of a computing system receives a first message from a first client device. The computing system interfaces with calendar servers associated with electronic calendars associated with the possible attendees to retrieve calendar information for each possible attendee. The computing system analyzes the calendar information to identify a plurality of possible time slots for the calendar event. The computing system prompts the target user to select a time slot by sending the target user a message comprising the plurality of possible time slots. The computing system receives a selection of the time slot from the plurality of possible time slots from the target user via a reply message. The computing system identifies a subset of possible attendees associated with the time slot. The computing system, in real-time, schedules the calendar event comprising the target user and the subset of possible attendees.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a system and method to any two or more MLMs to be merged into a matrix MLM system despite having different commission structures. Each member of the original MLMs is able to maintain their existing downlines without any changes. Further the existing MLM members have full access to the multi-line MLM commission structure, for example, a member of a binary MLM may now add a 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. line if they choose. The multiline commission plan will be different than the commission plans from any of the original MLMs but this change should not affect the income of a large portion of users, and users that are affected by the changeover can be compensated or made whole on an individual level. In addition to this multiline commission plan, the commission structure of the original MLMs has been broken into several separate 'types' which together form an MLM system. These 'types' include the income received from downline commission based on position and the income received based on enrolling a member in the MLM, also known as sponsorship. The multiline MLM can then be converted into a matrix MLM by assigning the highest number of lines among all members as the maximum width, or total number of allowed lines, for all users, and setting the longest line in the commission tree as the maximum depth, or total number of levels of influence that pays commission, for all users. This way the new merged MLM has a consistent maximum width and depth and thus a straightforward and unchanging commission plan can be crafted so that members do not have to worry about how a multiline MLM commission plan works.
