Abstract: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines dreidimensionalen Bauteils mittels des Selektiven Lasersinterns (SLS), wobei eine Verarbeitungstemperatur T x in einem Bauraum eingestellt wird und eine Pulverschicht, bestehend aus einem thermoplastischen Polymerpulver, in dem Bauraum bereit gestellt wird. Das Polymerpulver enthält einen Blend aus einem teilkristallinen Polymer, einem amorphen Polymer und einem polymeren Verträglichkeitsvermittler. Im Verfahren verändert sich die Temperatur im Bauraum während der Durchführung der einzelnen Schritte um höchstens +/- 10% ausgehend von der eingestellten Verarbeitungstemperatur T x . Zudem unterscheidet sich die Verarbeitungstemperatur T x um höchstens +/- 20 K von der Verarbeitungstemperatur T X (A) eines Polymerpulvers, welches das entsprechende teilkristalline Polymer als einzige polymere Komponente enthält. Die Erfindung betrifft zudem ein thermoplastisches Polymerpulver und dessen Verwendung als Werkstoff für das Selektive Lasersintern (SLS).
