Abstract:
The present disclosure provides methods for preparation of decellularized corneal matrix-based hydrogel and bioink. The process involves decellularization of corneal samples, digestion of the corneal samples, adjustment of the pH and finally preparation of the hydrogel. The hydrogels produced by the method are extremely useful for treatment of various pathological conditions pertaining to cornea.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a communication system to generate a waveform by multiplexing multiple user data. The system comprises at least one transceiver, a multiplexer and a processor. The at least one transceiver configured to perform at least one of receiving a plurality of data from a transmitter, and transmitting a generated waveform to a destination. The multiplexer configured to multiplex a plurality of data associated with a plurality of users, to generate multiplexed data. The processor is configured to perform a rotation operation on the multiplexed data to produce a rotated data. Also, the processor is configured to transform the rotated data using Fourier transform to produce transformed data. Further, the processor is configured to map the transformed data using a predefined number of subcarriers to produce a mapped data sequence and thereafter, process the mapped data sequence to generate the waveform.

Embodiments herein provide method of determining modulation and coding scheme (MCS) at a base station (BS). The method comprises obtaining, by the BS, downlink channel state information (DL-CSI) corresponding to a plurality of UEs. Also, the method comprises receiving feedback from the plurality of UEs, said feedback is at least one of explicit interference power and noise power feedback, post processing signal power-to-interference power plus noise power-based and determining MCS associated with a subset of UEs from the plurality of UEs using a predefined mapping between the MCS and a combination of DL-CSI and the feedback from the plurality of UEs. Further, the method comprises indicating the determined MCS to the subset of UEs from the plurality of UEs.

Embodiments of the present disclosure are related to system and method of classifying speed of at least one user equipment (UE). The method comprises receiving a plurality of input signals associated with the at least one UE. Also, method comprises estimating a plurality of channels using a plurality of reference signals associated with the inputs signals. Further, the method comprises computing a metric between the estimated plurality of channels and classifying speed of the at least one UE using the computed metric. The classifying the at least one UE using the metric comprises obtaining a power spectral density (PSD) from the metric, estimating a Doppler spectrum width using the PSD and classifying the at least one UE by comparing the Doppler spectrum width with one or more threshold values.

The present invention discloses a simple mechanical method of fabrication of sub-micron aligned free standing hydrophobic and oleophilic fibers of polystyrene waste using extracts obtained from the peel of any citrus fruit such as orange, lemon, sweet lime, kinnow etc. as solvent. Fibers are aligned and useful in making different geometries. Process of making film using this process is facile and fast and film obtained is free standing film. Process set-up have minimum requirement and is inexpensive. This method is simple and flexible with respect to set-up and process. This process has the potential of being industrialized. Therefore, this method can be beneficial in dealing with both the orange peel and polystyrene waste.

The present invention relates to a polymer developed to possess high aspect ratio, anti- reflectivity and super-hydrophobic properties, in other words multi-functionality and a method of fabricating the polymer by bio-mimicking Canna India seed pod, leaf and petal surfaces. Polymer solar cells with anti-reflective as well as super-hydrophobic surface will not only enhance the efficiency but also durability. Further if these properties are achieved in carbon materials which are electrically conductive, one can explore applications in electrode materials in batteries, high performance fuel cells, super-capacitors and bio-sensors.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method of communication in a base station (BS). The BS comprising a distributed unit (DU) and at least one radio unit (RU), said DU performs High-PHY processing and said RU performs low-PHY processing. The method comprises transmitting, by the DU, a control information to the at least one RU using at least one of a c-plane message and a m-plane message, and data using a u-plane message. The u-plane message is transmitted in one of a semi persistent and periodic technique. The transmitting of the at least one of a c-plane message and a m-plane message indicates the u-plane data as one of a semi persistent and a periodic, said transmitting is valid for the u-plane messages carrying the u-plane data for a predetermined time period.

The present invention provides pharmaceutical compositions and delivery systems for prevention and treatment of candidiasis. The invention represents an advancement in the prevention and treatment of oral, cutaneous and vaginal candidiasis and discloses compositions comprising essential oils or their active ingredients. Further, the invention discloses delivery systems comprising microcapsules, cellulosic matrix-embedded with microcapsules of essential oils or their active ingredients for effective and efficacious delivery, leading to high efficacy in prophylaxis and treatment of candidiasis.

Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose method and transmitter to generate and transmit a waveform with an optimized peak to average power (PAPR) in a communication network. The method comprises performing a constellation rotation on input data symbols to create a rotated data symbols, wherein the input data symbols is obtained by performing at least one of prefixing a modulation data with first predefined number (N1) of zero's and post-fixing the modulation data with second predefined number (N2) of zero's. Also, the method comprises performing convolution operation on the input data symbols using one or more filter coefficients to produce a symbol level filtered data. Further, the method comprises pulse shaping the symbol level filtered data to generate a pulse shaped data sequence and processing the pulse shaped data sequence to generate a waveform.

Embodiments herein disclose a method and system for designing a waveform for data communication. The method includes applying, by a phase rotation applying unit, a constellation specific phase rotation between consecutive data symbols in a data stream to obtain a constellation rotated data stream. Further, the method includes introducing, by a frequency domain pulse shaping filter, an inter symbol interference (ISI) between modulated data symbols of the constellation rotated data stream, such that the ISI develops the waveform of the constellated rotated data stream to be transmitted.
