According to a method of producing reduced coenzyme Q 10 characterized in that reduced coenzyme Q 10 is crystallized in a solution of alcohols and/or ketones, reduced coenzyme Q 10 crystlas having excellent slurry properties or crystalline properties can be obtained. Moreover, the isolation process involving the separation of the crystals or the whole process involving the isolation process can be shortened and simplified. Thus highly pure reduced coenzyme Q 10 can be obtained at a high yield.
