    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques to synchronize a wireless device and a server in an RFID inventory management system. The device may detect a one or more signals from an electronic product code (EPC) tag. The device may generate an EPC tag data set based on the one or more signals. The device may update a local tag state database based on the EPC tag data set. The device may determine, based on a configuration profile of a server, a subset of the tag data set for transmission to the server. The device may wirelessly transmit the subset of the tag data set. The server may update a master product state database based on the received subset of the tag data set. The server may determine an update for the second wireless device based on the master product state database and a configuration profile of the second device.

The cavities include patterns of memory card interconnect pads. A second surface of the socket interconnector includes socket interconnect pads, distributed across the second surface of the socket interconnector, which are electrically coupled to the memory card interconnect pads. The memory card socket interconnector may further include electrically conductive balls provided between the memory card pads and the memory card interconnect pads in each cavity to enable good electrical contact between the memory card pads and the memory card interconnect pads.

    Abstract: An imaging reader includes a light source generating an illumination beam over a working distance, and a variable focus imaging assembly with an image sensor, a variable focus optical element, a variable focus imaging controller that controls operation of the variable focus optical element to define a plurality of imaging planes over the working distance. The variable focus imaging controller assesses a variety of scanning parameters and determines the number of imaging planes over the working distance and the distance of each of imaging plane from the image sensor, to allow the imaging reader to capture images of a target object only at each of the imaging planes, thereby avoiding time-consuming autofocusing on the target. The imaging reader captures images in a sequential order greatly reducing image capture and image analysis processing time.

    Abstract: Systems as described herein can include diagnosing and treating patients with chronic conditions, such as chronic back pain. A transition to chronic pain can include brain adaptations that can carve the state of chronic pain. Additionally, pain characteristics, pain related disability, and responses to treatment can be at least partially determined by psychological factors and/or personality properties. Personalized management recommendations can be generated for individual chronic pain patients using an infrastructure and associated methodology monitors chronic pain patients and gathers a large amount of group data (e.g., phenotyping participants at various levels of depth: behavior, psychology, brain anatomy and function, genetics, etc.) and machine learning methods to generate individualized treatment recommendations that are updated and retooled based on the group data analyses and based on the specific subject's responses.
