Abstract: A golf swing training device for improving muscle strength and club head speed. A golf swing training device comprising: a head cover, wherein the head cover further comprises a closure flap; at least one air catch coupled to the head cover, wherein the at least one air catch allows air to flow through; and a sock coupled to the at least one air catch. Abstract: A heated weight adapted to receive an athletic instrument is disclosed. The heated weight has at least two apertures permitting an athletic instrument to pass through the at least two apertures. The heated weight includes a rechargeable, microwaveable heat source that warms and athletic instrument through conventional heating processes such as convection and conduction. The heated weight can be sized and shaped to accommodate a specific athletic instrument, and is particularly well suited for use with a baseball or softball bat. Furthermore, the heated weight can be coupled with an athletic instrument to aid in the exercise of an athlete’s musculature.

Abstract: A golf muscle weight training apparatus for attachment to the shaft of a golf club or other sports implement includes a weight carrier having an elongated weight supporting portion, a weight, and a clamp mechanism. The clamp mechanism cooperates with the weight carrier to clamp the weight carrier to the shaft with the axis of the weight supporting portion extending substantially perpendicular to a plane extending through the axis of the shaft and being offset laterally with respect to the axis of the golf club. The weight supporting portion supports a weight mass, with the weight mass extending in overlying relation with the head of the golf club. In another embodiment, the axis of the weight mass extends perpendicular to the axis of the golf club shaft. One or more extension weights can be coupled to the weight carrier to increase the weight mass of the weight training apparatus.

Abstract: A golf training device (8) for aiding in golf swing training and golf warm-up activities. The golf training device (8) includes a golf club-like shaft (18), at least one weighted member (10) and a stopper (72). The at least one weighted member (10) is adapted to removably mount onto the shaft (18) and is defined by two temporary lockable interdigitating members (20, 20') and a locking member (14). The stopper (72) which attaches to the bottom end of the shaft (18) further aids in preventing the at least one weighted member (10) from inadvertent disengagement from the shaft (18).
