Abstract:
The invention relates to a flat key (1) for a locking cylinder, especially for locking systems, comprising a key back and a toothed key bit arranged opposite same, for positioning sprung core and housing rods in the locking cylinder. Said flat key comprises respectively at least two grooves (2, 3; 2', 3') on one or both flat sides, said grooves engaging in each other from the flat side and overlapping each other with divergent groove directions. The two overlapping grooves (2, 3; 2', 3') are undercut in opposite directions in such a way that, as a result of the undercuts, in at least one groove (2, 2'), the centre (4) of the groove base is covered in the direction normal to the longitudinal central plane (6). The intersection of the two grooves (2, 3, 2', 3') provides an edge (5) having a traceable position. The overlapping grooves (2, 3; 2', 3') can overlap with an opposing groove (42) as a guiding profiled groove in relation to the longitudinal central plane (6). The edge (5) inside the overlapping grooves (2, 3; 2', 3') can be flattened to form a bearing surface (5') for a tracing element (11, 12) in the locking cylinder.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a profile system, which comprises at least one joining profile (2A, 2B) for joining at least two plate elements (10), wherein the at least one joining profile (2A, 2B) is substantially U-shaped or I-shaped and comprises at least one engagement means (20) for joining positively, non-positively and/or by bonding to the plate element (10).
Abstract:
Abstract:
A wall construction which is made up of at minimum two shell elements (1) having a surface sheet portion (2) and at opposite edges edge portions (3), as well as any necessary filling (4a, 4b) in the space delimited by these, and of fasteners (5) comprising a web portion (6) and, protruding from it in a direction parallel to the surface sheet, a transverse branch (7) or branches, which engage a groove or perforations in the edge portion of the shell element. In the wall construction the said two shell elements (1) are located adjacently in the direction of the wall thickness (T), as a combination (11), and the fasteners (5) have projecting branches (7, 8) at least at two different depths of the web portion (6), at the first depth to engage a groove (10) or a perforation in the first shell element (1') and at the second depth to engage a groove (10) or perforation in the second element (1"), and the fasteners (5) are within the thickness (T) of the shell element combination (11), in order to produce a wall without a separate frame.
Abstract:
In the building of log cabin walls, inner walls and floors, tongued timber is used, each unit of timber often being so heavy that it cannot be carried by one person. The present invention relates to a unit (6) which can without difficulty be carried by one person. The unit consists of a plastic core (1) having two opposing layers (2 and 3) of hard material.
Abstract:
A panel mount including a base, a first jaw, and a second jaw is provided. The panel mount includes a first and second threaded hole in the first jaw having fasteners received therein. The first threaded hole is nearer to the base than the second threaded hole. The panel mount includes a first and a second protrusion when fasteners are adjusted to protrude from the first jaw towards the second jaw. The panel mount includes a pivot protrusion on the second jaw. A panel is to be fastened between the pivot protrusion and at least one of the first protrusion or the second protrusion. Further, when one of the threaded fasteners protrudes from the first jaw at a greater distance than the other of the threaded fasteners, the panel may pivot about an axis centered on the pivot protrusion.
Abstract:
The system (104) includes a plurality of panels (140, 142, 144) made of a thermoplastic material. The panels (140, 142, 144) have an hermetically-sealed connection between them using a plurality of first thermoplastic welded junctions (154). The system (104) further includes a plurality of elongated snap-in panel anchoring units (160). Each unit (160) including complementary first and second members (162, 164) to be latched together through an interfering engagement. At least the first member (162) of each snap-in panel anchoring unit (160) is made of a thermoplastic material and these first members (162) are attached to the outboard major surface of the panels (140, 142, 144) using a plurality of second thermoplastic welded junctions (170).
Abstract:
Implementations of the present invention relate to systems, methods, and apparatus for connecting panels, wall modules, modular walls, partitions, and combinations thereof. Particularly, one or more implementations described herein may facilitate making quick and easy connections between panels, wall modules, modular walls, partitions, and combinations thereof. Furthermore, at least one implementation may allow an installer to interconnect panels, wall modules, modular walls, partitions, while providing a pleasing aesthetic in a final structure.
Abstract:
A separation device (1) for a room (2), such as a ship cabin, comprises an upper portion (11) and a lower portion (13) and an intermediate portion (12). The portions are formed such as to extend between opposing walls (3b, 4c) such as to thereby divide the room (2) into a first room (2a) and a second room (2b). The intermediate portion (12) has a surface area (b x l) which increases the actual floorage of at least the first room (2a) without reducing the actual floorage of the second room (2b) accordingly. The separation device comprises separate and releasable elements.
