Abstract:
Disclosed is the rapid orthodontics treatment method after corticotomy and the skeletal anchorage plate. The method comprises the steps of: incising gums within a range established in consideration of a set of teeth to be corrected; incising front and rear surfaces of a cortical bone; suturing incised gums; and placing an orthodontic appliance on the teeth and applying tensioning force to the set of teeth, thereby to correct irregularities of the teeth. A supporting member comprises a securing part defined with threaded holes and secured to a palate bone such that the palate is straightly incised and a plurality of screws are respectively tightened through the threaded holes to the palate bone; and a supporting part integrated with the securing part and having eye portions on which both ends of a spring for pulling a bracket assembly placed on the set of teeth, are hooked.

Abstract:
A removable orthodontic retainer for correction of minor irregularities and to retain the corrected positions of the teeth which includes a labial bow having biasing means that causes the labial bow to be continually active on the anterior teeth.
Abstract:
Vestibular orthodontic appliance, comprising a plurality of supports (3) intended to be placed on the vestibular surface of the teeth (2), each one comprising two closed internal passages (5) of round cross section, two round archwires (4), not bent, intended to pass through the two passages (5), allowing a sliding movement between the archwire (4) and the passage (5), and in which the two archwires (4) and the supports (3) are intended to cooperate in order to ensure a correction of the teeth (2) in the three spatial dimensions.

A removable orthodontic retainer for correction of minor irregularities and to retain the corrected positions of the teeth which includes a labial bow having biasing means that causes the labial bow to be continually active on the anterior teeth.
Abstract:
An orthodontic bracket is described and which includes a bracket base which is releasably affixed to a patient's tooth; a bracket body borne on the bracket base and which defines a transversely disposed arch wire slot; and an arch wire received within the arch wire slot, and wherein the orthodontic bracket, acting in combination with the arch wire, is adjustable while affixed to the patient's tooth, to provide a multiplicity of selective torque and/or rotation expressions which individually, forcibly act upon the patient's tooth.
Abstract:
An orthodontic device adapted to be secured to a tooth, the device including: (a) a housing; (b) a channel, extending mesial-distally through the housing, and adapted for receiving an archwire; and (c) a biasing element, housed in the housing, and adapted to apply a force in a mesial direction on the archwire, when receiving in the channel.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for distalization and dental anchoring useful in orthodontic treatments, which is formed by a traction modulus, whose main body is oriented vertically and is formed by a stem and a base body; a push element which comprises a support body and connection body fixedly attached to the support body, wherein the connecting body connects removably the traction modulus with the push element, a lockup element that is placed in the traction modulus, allowing to lock in its place the connecting body within the traction modulus; a fixed anchoring element, which is placed in the upper maxillary or in the lower maxillary of a patient; and a flexible element interconnecting the fixed anchoring element with the traction modulus.
Abstract:
An orthodontic bracket assembly adapted for securement to teeth of the upper and lower jaw is provided. The assembly is a multi- component system that includes a base component (18) and a bracket (22) component. The base component (18) is adapted for securement to a tooth (14) using an adhesive material (30) and includes a housing (47) having an integral channel guide (50). The bracket component (22) includes a flange (70) arranged for insertion within the channel guide (50) and is held therein by a spring clip (72). The bracket component (22) includes an archwire retention head for receiving and retaining an orthodontic archwire (66) therein. In one embodiment, the archwire retention head includes a tube (58) having an archwire tunnel (62) extending mesial-distally therethrough. The cross-sectional shape of the archwire tunnel (62) can vary depending upon the archwire (66) being employed and may provide a frictional or frictionless fit. The tube may be positioned at a predetermined location for correcting a maloccluded tooth.
