A system for a racket comprises an inertial sensor for coupling to the racket, a processor connected to the inertial sensor, and a memory device connected to the processor. The inertial sensor includes an accelerometer array with three degrees of freedom in acceleration and a gyro array with three degrees of freedom in rotation. The processor is configured to generate stroke profiles describing acceleration and rotation of the racket based on signals from the accelerometer and the gyro arrays, and the memory device is configured to store the stroke profiles.

Es wird eine Vorrichtung (1) für einen Griff (3) eines Tennisschlägers, mit einer mit dem Griff (3) wenigstens kraftschlüssig verbindbaren Griffschale (2) gezeigt, die einen Konturenverlauf (4) zur zumindest teilweisen Aufnahme der Griffhand (16) aufweist, wobei die Vorrichtung öffenbares Befestigungsmittel (5) aufweist, das mit der Griffschale (2) zum Befestigen dieser am Griff (3) verbunden ist. Um besonders vorteilhafte Handhabungsverhältnisse zu schaffen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Griffschale (2) wenigstens teilweise elastische Griffschalenenden (2') und das Befestigungsmittel (5) ein Band (14) mit einem Klettverschluss (12) aufweisen, wobei das Band (14) mit den Griffschalenenden (2') verbunden ist.

Изобретение относится к области спорта - к тренировочному процессу теннисистов, при формировании, совершенствовании и выполнении технических действий (ударов и перемещений). Способ синхронизации заключается в обеспечении теннисиста, оперативной, задающей ритм выполняемого технического действия звуковой информацией, сопровождающейся синхронными с ней тактильными сигналами, и являющейся в то же время звуковым описанием ритмовой структуры траектории движения мяча, при помощи электронных устройств. Последовательность звуковых и тактильных стимулов, вызывает усиление кровотока в области мозжечка ответственной за восприятие ритма и выполнение ритмической деятельности, а также параллельный аккомпанемент в форме сенсорных рефлексов, возникающих в соответствующих частях тела, благодаря чему, теннисисту удается более точно, а при хорошем чувстве ритма идеально синхронизировать ритм собственных технических действий (ударов и перемещений) с ритмовой структурой траектории движения мяча.. Техническим результатом изобретения является повышение точности синхронизации ритмовых структур технических действий теннисиста и траектории движения мяча, как один из важнейших аспектов высшего теннисного мастерства.

According to embodiments of the present invention, a haptic actuator is provided. The haptic actuator includes a first solenoid comprising a first body and a first base, and a second solenoid comprising a second body and a second base, the first base and the second base being coupled with each other and movable between the first body and the second body, such that the first base and the second base generate a first force on the first body when a first electrical signal is applied to the first solenoid and generate a second force on the second body when a second electrical signal is applied to the second solenoid. Further embodiments relate to a method of forming the haptic actuator, a method of controlling the haptic actuator, a haptic device comprising the haptic actuator and a method of forming the haptic device.

The invention relates to a mechanical device for high-impact training, which provides constant reference points for racket sports that use a ball that can be hit in various ways, and require technical capacities for the handling of the racket during the three-dimensional impact, in addition to the necessary body control, hitting force, directionality and effect during the movement. In this way, the equipment enables an effective training from the basic elements to the technical improvement of each type of hit according to the demands of the technique to be practised, owing to the fact that it provides a real sensation of the ball in play, and also maintains predetermined reference points for the user or trainer, as they can three-dimensionally adjust (different angles or planes), as they wish, the orientation of the rotational axis of the contact point, and the variables of direction, height and direction of rotation or turns desired at said point. Furthermore, at least one impact point can exist simultaneously.

The present invention provides an engine driving pitching machine. In order to be used with various pitches regardless of place, the invention comprises: a pitching frame which includes a first support formed in a vertical direction and a second support extended from the first support in the horizontal direction; an engine which is mounted on the second support; a rotational shaft of which one sides end is connected to the engine and the other sides end is exposed to the outer side of the first support by piercing through the first support, so that the rotational shaft may rotate by the driving power of the engine; and a pitching roller which rotates by being connected to the other sides end of the rotational shaft. In addition, the invention further comprises an assistant plate support which connects, to the first support, a shooting assistant plate for contacting and supporting the upper part of a training pitch that is positioned on the outer upper side of the pitching roller.

A method and system of using drill progression, skill mastery, and colors to show progression in tennis instruction for a tennis player includes the steps of providing color levels to indicate proficiency of tennis ability, the color levels progressing from least to most proficient as follows: white, gold, orange, blue, dark blue, green, dark green, red, purple, grey, and black; testing the tennis player against predefined requirements for one or more of the color levels; providing feedback to the tennis player about the testing; awarding the tennis player with the color level if the predefined requirements are met; providing the tennis player with a grip or band for a tennis racket, the grip or band having a color corresponding to the awarded color level; and offering additional instruction to the tennis player to improve the tennis player's proficiency.

A fence for tennis practice comprises a plurality of rigid mesh panels (18) supported by upright posts (10), preferably with noise reduction strips (30, 32, 33) between them. The mesh panels are secured together side by side to form a substantially flat continuous surface and edges (26, 28) of adjacent panels are bent backwards to abut one another and a side surface of one of the upright posts. The edges are then secured together and to the posts by bolts (23) or the like. There is thus provided a surface having substantially uniformed rebound properties at whatever position it is struck by a tennis ball.
