본 발명은 버스바와 원통형 전지셀의 전극 단자 간의 용접성을 높이고, 방열 효율을 높이며 전류 손실을 줄일 수 있는 버스바를 구비한 배터리 모듈을 개시한다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 배터리 모듈은, 원통형 전지셀; 모듈 하우징; 버스바를 포함하고, 상기 버스바는, 상기 복수의 원통형 전지셀의 상부 또는 하부에 위치하며, 수평 방향의 측면 보다 상대적으로 상면 및 하면이 넓은 플레이트 형상이 구비된 본체부; 및 상기 복수의 원통형 전지셀 중 하나에 형성된 전극 단자와 전기적으로 접촉 연결되고, 상기 본체부로부터 수평 방향으로 연장 돌출되고, 상기 본체부로부터 상기 전극 단자가 위치한 방향으로 단차지며, 상기 본체부로부터 연장 돌출된 방향을 기준으로 양측으로 갈라진 분지 구조가 구비되며, 상기 분지 구조에는 상기 전극 단자가 위치한 방향으로 돌출된 엠보 돌기가 형성되고, 상기 분지 구조에서 상기 엠보 돌기의 주변부에 용접봉이 전기적 접속을 이루도록 구성된 접촉 영역이 설정된 접속부를 포함한다.

In accordance with the invention, a body (2) of an aluminium heating radiator element (1), comprising a substantially tubular end part (6) provided with a bottom opening (8), is closed by a cap (20) via a thermo-electric melting process; the end part (6) and the cap (20) are provided with respective melting portions (21, 22) having respective contact edges (23, 24) which are substantially equal in shape and dimensions, so as to reach the melting state at the same time during the thermo-electric melting process.
Abstract:
Superalloy components are joined by mating a recess (44) formed in one component (40) with a corresponding projection (52) formed in another component (50) along a contact surface. The components are compressed along the contact surface and resistance heat welded to each other. Current is passed between the components at a selected flow rate and application time until localized melting occurs along the contact surface, and they are mutually affixed to each other. When repairing a damaged surface portion of a superalloy material component, the damaged portion is removed to form an excavated recess. A repair splice is formed, preferably of a same material with similar mechanical structural properties, having a mating projection with profile conforming to the corresponding recess profile. The splice and substrate are resistance heat welded under compression pressure until localized melting occurs along the contact surface, so that they are mutually affixed.

The invention relates to a pallet container (10) having a thin-walled inner container (12) made of a thermoplastic plastic for storing and transporting liquid or flowable filling materials (18), comprising a lattice pipe supporting jacket (14) as supporting jacket, which tightly encloses the inner container (12), and having a bottom pallet (16) on which the inner container (12) rests, and to which the lattice pipe supporting jacket (14) is firmly connected, wherein the lattice pipe supporting jacket (14) comprises vertical and horizontal pipe tubes (20,22), characterized in that the vertical and horizontal pipe rods (20,22) are welded to each other at the intersections thereof via welding inserts (34, 44, 48, 50, 52, 58 ).

Es wird ein Befestigungssystem für Anbauteile an Fahrzeugen angegeben, dass eine einfache Montage und Demontage von Anbauteilen (5) an Fahrzeugen (1) ermöglicht. Weiter wird ein mit einem solchen Befestigungssystem versehenes Fahrzeug (1) angegeben. Das Befestigungssystem umfasst ein Anschlussteil (2) das am Fahrzeug (1) anliegt und einen Fuß (3), der mit dem Anbauteil (5) verbunden ist. Das Anschlussteil (2) ist als Profil ausgebildet, dessen Außenmantelfläche (2h) zumindest abschnittsweise der Mantelfläche eines Prismas mit der Grundfläche eines regelmäßigen Vielecks mit wenigstens einem von 90° abweichenden Innenwinkel entspricht. Der Fuß (3) umfasst eine trapezförmige Nut (3a) mit im Winkel zueinander angeordneten Schenkelflächen (3d, 3e), die durch eine Basisfläche (3f) miteinander verbunden sind. Die zwei Schenkelflächen (3d, 3e) liegen an zwei nicht unmittelbar benachbarte Seitenflächen (2d, 2e) des Anschlussteils (2) bündig an. Der Fuß (3) wird symmetrisch zu der Nut (3a) und zentral durch die Basisfläche (3f) durch eine Bohrung (3b) durchsetzt. Das Anschlussteil (2) weist eine Aufnahme (2g) auf, in die ein Verbindungsmittel (4) eingreift, dass durch eine Öffnung (3b) im Fuß (3) eingeführt wird.
