Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dual roll blind enabling to control its light transmission amount and open and close with one ball-chain and to easily reset the roll screen. The dual roll blind comprises a first screen and a second screen having light transmission portions and light shielding portions, respectively, a first winding bar and a second winding bar for respectively winding the first screen and the second screen, a first gear for rotationally driving the first winding bar, a second gear for rotating the second windingbar with rotating dependently on the first gear, and a clutch hub, interposed between the second gear and the second winding bar, for transmitting rotational force of the second gear to the second winding bar, wherein the second gear comprises a gear protrusion protruding toward the clutch hub and the clutch hub comprises a clutch protrusion protruding toward the second gear to make contact with a portion of the gear protrusion for transmitting rotational force of the second gear to the clutch hub, and thegear protrusion and the clutch protrusion are not in contact with each other at a certain range of rotational angle in response to the rotational direction of the second gear to form a section where rotational force of the second gear is not transmitted to the clutch hub.

본 발명은 블라인드의 수평이동거리를 제한하여 차광상태 또는 투광상태로의 조절작동이 이루어지는 좌우 이동거리를 조정하는 듀얼롤 블라인드 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 이동조절부의 회전체들이 나사축의 회전에 따라서 회전하면서 나사축이 투광부 또는 불투광부의 폭에 해당하는 거리 만큼 제2 블라인드 원단을 이동시키는 회전수 이내에서는 나사축의 회전이 직선이동축 측으로 전달되지 않도록 제한하고, 그 회전수를 넘어서면 나사축의 회전을 직선이동축으로 전달시켜 나사축의 추가적인 회전을 어렵게 하여 제2 블라인드 원단이 수평이동하는 거리를 정확하게 제한한다. 본 발명에 의하면 차광상태의 조절 또는 투광상태의 조절작동시, 사용자는 편리하게 차광상태 또는 투광상태로 조절할 수 있어서 사용상 매우 편리하고, 투광부와 불투광부의 폭이 달라지는 경우, 그 달라진 폭에 맞춰서 블라인드 원단이 수평이동하는 거리를 정확하게 조절할 수 있어서 호환적으로 적절하게 사용할 수 있고, 더욱 편리한 것이다.

Comprende un cajetín longitudinal (1), unas guías laterales, una cortinao estor (2) dispuesta parcialmente en el interior de las guías laterales con unos estrechamientos, un tambor giratorio (3) con sus medios de accionamiento (18), y una barra inferior unida al perímetro inferior de la cortinao estor (2), caracterizado porque comprende: unas lengüetas (9) o extensiones de la cortinao estor (2), dispuestos a lo largo del perímetro lateral (8) de la cortinao estor (2), definiendo unos espacios o concavidades (10) entre una lengüeta (9) o extensión y la inmediatamente siguiente, y unos remaches o elementos seguidores (6) dispuestos en las lengüetas (9) o extensiones, que se sitúan dichos remaches o elementos seguidores (6) en el interior de las guías laterales sobre las que discurren, con un grosor superior al estrechamiento de las guías laterales.

A blind or screen using a self retracting rolling device (11) is disclosed in which two sheets of fabric (1)7 affixed and wound conjointly about a vertical keyway tube (12), a spring mechanism (14) is inserted into the top end of the vertical keyway tube (12), a carriage (15) is attached to spring mechanism (14). The self retracting rolling device (11) sits vertically against a wall (16) one sheet of fabric (17) to be attached to wall (16). The spring mechanism (14) is pre-tensioned and a locking means holds the tension. The wheels of the carriage (15) will be placed inside a straight and rigid "C" shaped, horizontal top track (22) to prevent the spring from losing its tension as the device is extended laterally and the locking means is released, the spring tension or force is then applied to the two outer horizontal wheels of the carriage (15) which have an axis of rotation in the vertical plane, are forced onto either side of the internal walls of the track, which in turn centralizes and takes any force or stress off the wheeled unit of the carriage (15) the wheels of the wheeled unit having an axis of rotation in the horizontal plane, allowing it to roll freely back and forth along the track (22) carrying the spring mechanism (14) keyway tube (12) and fabric (17). Extending and retracting the device (11) laterally allows the keyway tube (12) to travel laterally unrolling and rolling the fabric. In order to roll up the fabric, release one sheet of fabric and the force of the spring will roll the keyway tube retracting the device back to the wall. The travel of the keyway tube and the force of the spring allow the fabric to remain tight and under tension. The bottom of the vertical keyway tube is not being held by any means during the rolling and unrolling of the fabric.

Limpia-persianas automático exterior que limpia siempre en tres fases simultáneamente: i) Barrido residuos sólidos, ii) Aplicación de líquido limpiador y iii) Secado y que está formado por un rodillo recubierto de esponja (11) humedecido y dos escobillas dobles flexibles (8), hechas de caucho flexible y en el extremo llevan adherido por una cara material esponjoso (10) y por el otro material rugoso (9) de tal manera que barren por un lado y secan por el otro según se baje o suba Ia persiana y están engarzadas a través de un alojamiento (14) de una carcasa (12). Esta carcasa (12) está ubicada dentro de otra carcasa externa (13) que se apoya sobre un sistema de columnas laterales (14), a modo de guías laterales, dentro de una de estas guías se halla Ia cuerda de seguridad y en Ia otra, el tubo suministrador de liquido(6), para su rápido y seguro montaje y desmontaje en el proceso de mantenimiento del equipo.

El problema consiste en la imposibilidad de limpiar las persianas por el exterior. Este limpia persianas se instala en la parte superior de la persiana por su parte exterior de forma fija, al subir o bajar la persiana, esta roza con un rodillo limpiador que hacer girar otro rodillo que está sumergido en una solución limpiadora, que a su vez empapa el primer rodillo y consecuentemente la persiana, para limpiarla y secarla se utilizan unas escobillas limpiadoras secadoras, que se hayan a distintas alturas. Hay que introducir previamente el líquido limpiador, éste es transportado a su ubicación mediante una inyección. Cuanto mas se utiliza la persiana, mas limpia estará esta. Los principales usos de esta invención se haya en la obra civil, tanto en las viviendas nuevas como usadas.

La presente invención tiene por objeto una placa embellecedora para chasis de cajetín que se sitúa sobre la parte visible del mismo una vez que éste se ha instalado en el marco de la ventana, de manera que la placa embellecedora se fija mediante la inserción de unas pestañas oblicuas en unas ventanas del chasis, con lo que se evita el uso de tornillos que quedan visibles y empeoran el aspecto externo de dicha placa embellecedora, además de que no hay dependencia con el grosor de pintura que tenga la pared sobre la que se apoya la placa embellecedora, ya que cuando la pared presenta sucesivas capas de pintura, además de posibles irregularidades, es imposible su clipado tradicional al chasis del cajetín.

A electric roll screen machine is provided. During operation of the motor, the electric roll screen machine employs a roller that maintains an even rotation, and when the motor is stopped, a sliding preventing unit is employed to prevent the roller from rotating further due to the weight of the curtain. The electric roll screen machine includes brackets to rotatably mount both ends of the roller to a wall and support the roller, a motor case held inside the roller at a bracket on one end thereof, a motor held and attached inside the motor case and rotated by electricity, and a braking device attached at one end to a rotating shaft of the motor and coupled to the roller at the other end. The braking device transmits rotational force from the motor to the roller, but counters rotational force of the roller due to weight of the curtain.

A screening device for screening an aperture, in particular to be mounted on a building element surrounding an aperture (6) in a building, said screening device comprising a screening member having one end (4) adapted to be secured on an element surrounding the aperture (6) and an end (5) adapted to be moved between a first position, in which the screening member (2) is rolled up, collapsed or folded, and a second position, in which the screening member extends over substantially the entire aperture (6). The screening device comprises two cords (7, 8) for parallel guidance of the free end (5) of the screening member. The cords are at one end connected by tension springs (9) with a mounting member (10) for tightening the cord. A marking (12) is associated with each tension spring (9), and a marking (11) is associated with the screening device at a predetermined position, such that the cord has a tension suitable for the parallel guidance, when each of the markings (12) associated with the tension springs (9) substantially matches the marking (11) at the predetermined position.
