    Abstract: Measurement apparatus includes a garment (24, 26) including an elastic fabric (27) having a predefined pattern (28) extending across a surface thereof and configured to be worn over a part of a body of a subject, such that the elastic fabric stretches across the part of the body. An imaging module (30) includes a fastener (40) configured for attachment to a mobile electronic device (32) having a camera module and a conical extension (41) having a rear opening (46), which is configured to be held by the fastener in alignment with the camera module, and a front opening (48), which is larger than the rear opening and is configured to contact and traverse across the fabric. The camera module captures through the front opening images that are indicative of local deformations of the pattern of the fabric.

    Abstract: An apparatus for residual limb volume management. Specifically the present invention relates to tapered prosthetic socks used in combination with a measuring template such that, when compressed, a user can see whether or not their residual limb has swelled or shrunk. The point at which the top edge of the socket of the prosthetic stops when in a compressed stance is the "0" mark on the measuring template and any upward or downward movement will be noticed by the user via a baseline drawn onto the prosthetic sock made using the measuring template. A mobile/online application can be implemented to remind the user to regularly check the baseline and instruct the user if corrective action is needed.

    Abstract: A measuring device for determining the bra size of a user is disclosed. The device has a first (middle) band (100) for fitting around the user's bust to determine cup size, a second (lower) band (200) for fitting around the user's torso below the bust for determining band size, and a third (upper) band (300) for securing the device in position during measurement. The device also includes a panel (400) which is separable into two panel parts (410, 420) by means of a zipper (430). The first band is provided with cup size indicia (113) and the second band is provided with band size indicia (223). The second band (200) is configured to indicate the user's band size on the band size indicia (223), and the first and second bands (100, 200) are employed to determine the user's cup size on the cup size indicia (113). The panel parts (410, 420) can be separated after measurement so that the device can be removed by a user while still displaying the measurements. The band and cup size indicia may comprise any type of scale or units, depending on the sizing system employed.

    Abstract: Measurement apparatus (20, 60, 90, 100) includes an elastic fabric (22), configured as a garment to be worn over a part of a body of a human subject having an anatomical feature.     Abstract: A body suit resembles at least a partial human body form for use in design, customization, alteration, testing and modeling of garments. The suit includes a plurality of fluid- expandable layers, including an outer skin layer divided into an outer plurality of selectively expandable in varying degrees or quantities to create a variable exterior skin contour. One or more additional fluid-expandable layers underlie the outer skin layer to establish a variable internal tissue depth further contributing to an overall outer body contour of the body suit. An exterior of the body suit is colored or colorable in blue or green to enable chroma key isolation of garment adorned over the suit. Sensors are arrayed over the exterior surface area of the suit for dimensional and pressure measurements, and rotational support structures and cooperating 3D scanners and track- based scanner movement enable 3D imaging of the modeled garment.
