A computer system displays a visual prompt to move a body part into a field of view of one or more cameras. The computer system detects a portion of a user's body that is in the field of view of the one or more cameras and corresponds to the body part. The computer system displays a representation of the portion of the user's body, including: in accordance with a determination that the portion of the user's body meets first position criteria, displaying, via the display device, the representation of the portion of the user's body that is in the field of view of the one or more cameras with a first degree of transparency, and in accordance with a determination that the portion of the user's body fails to meet first criteria, displaying the representation of the portion of the user's body to have a second degree of transparency.

Embodiments provide a wearable article with channels for a performance capture system. In some embodiments, a wearable article includes one or more regions of the wearable article configured to be worn on at least a portion of a body of a user. In some embodiments, the wearable article also includes at least one of the one or more regions comprising at least one base layer and at least one secondary layer configured to form at least one connection passage between the at least one base layer and the at least one secondary layer. In some embodiments, the at least one connection passage is configured to provide access for flexible cable connections between at least one reference marker and one or more other reference markers or a control unit. In some embodiments, the at least one connection passage is configured to allow movement of a flexible cable within the connection passage in response to movement of the user.
Abstract:
A wearable device for measuring waist circumference of user is provided. The device includes a belt and buckle. A belt strap, its first end is operatively coupled to the belt buckle. A RFID reader in the buckle is to read the tags. Tags are positioned at a predefined distance from the second end of the belt strap. The reader tracks position of the tags by identifying the nearest tag positioned on the belt strap to the reader, measuring a waist size of a user. A strain gauge in the buckle measures the strain on the belt and the pedometer device in the buckle measures the distance travelled, idle time, steps taken and the orientation of the user.

Abstract:
The present disclosure generally relates to the field of body measurements, and in particular to methods and devices for determining body measurements of an individual in order to e.g. remotely trying out clothes. According to a first aspect, the disclosure relates to a collapsible wall device (1 ) designed to enable determination of body measurements of an individual positioned on the collapsible wall device. According to a second aspect, the disclosure relates to a computer implemented method for determining body measurements of an individual. The method comprises obtaining (S1) at least two images of the individual and analyzing (S2) a predetermined pattern pictured in the obtained images to detect parts of the images that comprise the body of the individual and to determine reference points of the pre-determined pattern. The computer implemented method further comprises constructing (S3) a model of the body of the individual and determining (S4) the body measurements based on the constructed model, the detected body parts and the determined reference points.

The present invention relates to a method to determine the volume of the breast using materials readily available in every household and allowing women to determine their breast volume and corresponding bra size. The method is based on the determination of the breast volume by direct measurement of the circumference of the chest or torso immediately below the breast, sometimes referred to as chest circumference, diaphragm size or body size, etc.; and by direct determination of the breast height using a backing sheet.
