    Abstract: Beschrieben wird eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Ausbildung von an Primärteilen zu befestigenden zahnprothetischen Sekundärteilen, wobei das Modellprimärteil (20) an einen ersten Ausgangspol (22aa) einer Funkenerosionseinrichtung (22) und das zahnprothetische Sekundärteil (30) an einen zweiten Ausgangspol (22ab) der Funkenerosionseinrichtung (22) anschließbar ist. Die Funkenerosionseinrichtung (22) weist einen Kondensator auf, der über einen ersten Schalter mit einer Spannungsquelle (40) und über einen zweiten Schalter mit dem ersten und/oder dem zweiten Ausgangspol (22aa, 22ab) elektrisch verbindbar ist. Zum Aufladen des Kondensators wird der erste Schalter geschlossen und der zweite Schalter geöffnet, und zum Entladen des Kondensators wird der erste Schalter geöffnet und der zweite Schalter geschlossen. Das Modelimplantat (20) und das zahnprothetische Sekundärteil (30) werden in einem Abstand voneinander gehaltert und unter Veränderung ihres Abstandes voneinander relativ zueinander bewegt, wobei das zahnprothetische Sekundärteil (30) so erodiert wird, dass es zumindest an den freiliegenden zweiten Abschnitt des Primärteils (20) angepasst wird. Ferner wird ein den augenblicklichen Abstand zwischen dem Modellprimärteil (20) und dem zahnprothetischen Sekundärteil (30) repräsentierendes Messsignal erzeugt, wobei in Abhängigkeit von diesem Messsignal der Abstand zwischen dem Modellprimärteil (20) und dem zahnprothetischen Sekundärteil (30) auf einen vorgegebenen Wert geregelt wird.
