본 발명은 터치 패널용 점착제 조성물, 점착필름 및 터치 패널에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 내화학성이 우수하고, 고온 또는 고습 조건에서의 내구성이 우수하며, 각종 피착체에 대한 젖음성 내지는 접착성이 우수한 터치 패널용 점착제를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은, 터치 패널에 적용되었을 때에, 도전층의 저항 성능을 우수하게 유지시키면서, 전극 등의 부식을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 점착제를 제공할 수 있다.

The invention relates to a low application temperature hot melt adhesive. More specifically, the low application temperature hot melt adhesive comprises olefin copolymers with an average Melt Index greater than 5 but less than about 35 g/10 minutes at 190?C. The adhesive is particularly useful in the construction of nonwoven articles.

A cured adhesive composition comprising: (a) a copolymer comprising the reaction product of: 65 to 94.5 wt % of a C?8#191 acrylate ester, 0.5 to 5 wt % of a polar cross-linkable monomer, and 5-30 wt % of a non polar monomer, wherein the copolymer has a weight average molecular weight of 400,000 to 2,200,000 grams/mole; (b) 30 to 70 parts of a hydrogenated hydrocarbon tackifier per 100 parts of the copolymer; and (c) 0.01 to 3 parts (solid/solid) of a cross-linking agent per 100 parts of the copolymer wherein the cured adhesive has a peel value greater than 6 N/cm when tested according to FINAT test method No. 2 on a low density polyethylene; and further wherein the cured adhesive has a shear value greater than 2000 minutes when tested according to FINAT test method No. 8 on low density polyethylene. The cured adhesive of this disclosure is found to exhibit excellent adhesion to low surface energy substrates.

A process for removing a washable PSA laminate from a substrate is provided. The process comprises contacting the washable PSA laminate with water and optionally, a base, at a temperature sufficient to remove the washable PSA laminate from the substrate; wherein the washable PSA laminate comprises at least one facestock layer, at least one adhesive base layer, and at least one tackifier layer; wherein the facestock layer comprises at least one facestock material; wherein the adhesive base layer comprises at least one adhesive base polymer; wherein the tackifier layer comprises at least one tackifier and optionally at least one adhesive base polymer; wherein the tackifier layer is applied to the adhesive base layer side of the washable PSA laminate. Specifically, a process is provided for removing a washable PSA laminate from a bottle comprising contacting the washable PSA laminate with water and optionally, a base, at a temperature sufficient to remove the washable PSA laminate from the bottle.

Optically clear stretch releasing pressure sensitive adhesive films containing a silicone pressure sensitive adhesive composition and a tacky tab are provided. The pressure sensitive adhesive compositions are formed from elastomeric silicone polymer selected from the group consisting of urea-based silicone copolymers, oxamide-based silicone copolymers, amide -based silicone copolymers, urethane-based silicone copolymers, polydiorganosiloxane polymers, or mixtures of these copolymers. The pressure sensitive adhesive compositions may also contain an MQ tackifying resin. The pressure sensitive adhesive compositions may be used to form adhesive articles.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Haftklebemassen geringer oder ohne Anisotropie, welches als Prozesselemente eine Klebmasseversorgung, ein Auftragswerk und ein Auflegeelement umfasst, wobei zwischen Austritt des Auftragswerks und Auflagepunkt auf dem Ablegeelement eine freie Schmelzefahne der Haftklebemasse gebildet wird, die einen Reckprozess erfährt. Es ist vorgesehen, dass das Recken der Haftklebemasse in der freien Schmelzefahne über das Einstellen eines Wirkverhältnisses gesteuert wird, welches als Verhältnis von Wirkzeit Δt des Reckprozesses zur Reckrate R gekennzeichnet ist, und welches auf einen Wert von maximal 0,008 s 2 eingestellt wird, wobei die Wirkzeit Δt durch die Formel 2Lr/[v Bahn (1 +r)] definiert wird, in welcher die Länge der Schmelzefahne, r das Reckverhältnis und vBahn die Geschwindigkeit der Schmelzefahne bedeuten, und die Reckrate R als zeitliche Ableitung des Reckverhältnisses r definiert ist.

A surface cover having a polarized adhesive material bonded or operably connected to at least a portion of a substrate. The polarized adhesive material may be hot melt adhesive material. The substrate may have little or no electret capabilities. The electrostatic charge of the polarized adhesive material may allow the surface cover to be removed from a mounting surface for positional adjustment during the application of the surface cover to the mounting surface. Once at its desired location, and/or aligned with the patterns, characters, or images on an adjacent surface cover, the polarized adhesive material may be activated. The adhesive force provided by the activated polarized adhesive material may provide a sufficient force for adhering surface cover along the mounting surface, thereby making the dissipation or loss of electrostatic charge inconsequential to the ability of the surface cover to remain at its desired position along the mounting surface.
