Abstract:
A wall mounted power switch retrofit, including, a switch that connects to the existing wires of the retrofitted wall mounted power switch and allows power to be provided to a load when turned on and prevents power from being provided to the load when turned off, a control unit that controls the status of the switch, a circuit that draws power from the existing wires and provides it to the control unit; and wherein the control unit receives electrical power regardless of the status of the switch.
Abstract:
There is provided a grounding switch-equipped gas insulation switch device in which a switch mechanism for opening/closing a main circuit and that for opening/closing grounding are made into a single compact body and a movable electrode for opening/closing grounding is rapidly operated by the switch mechanism. The grounding switch-equipped gas insulation switch device includes a sealing vessel for containing insulation gas, a main circuit switching fixed electrode (3) fixed tot he sealing vessel, a movable electrode (1) in contact with the main circuit switching fixed electrode (3), a grounding switching fixed electrode (4) capable of electrical connection, and a drive device for driving the movable electrode (1), thereby driving the movable electrode (1). The main circuit switching fixed electrode (3) and the grounding switching fixed electrode (4) are arranged in a rectilinear shape in the longitudinal direction of the movable electrode (1). The drive device drives and holds the movable electrode (1) in three positions: a closed position, an open position, and a grounding position in a rectilinear shape.
Abstract:
A switching installation (5) having a circuit breaker (12), which is connected to a cable connection (33), and optionally a disconnector (14) for making or breaking a conductive connection between the cable connection (33) and a rail system (15), and an electrically insulating barrier (10). The electrically insulating barrier (10) surrounds at least the parts which are under electric voltage in operation from the circuit breaker (12) to the rail system (15), including a branch (18) leading to a rail (15) of the rail system, separately for each phase of the switching installation (5). Furthermore, inside the electrically insulating barrier (10) the switching installation may be provided with field-control means and/or voltage-sealing means (22, 25, 37).
