The invention concerns a wiper blade rubber (2) which is mounted so as to be longitudinally displaceable in the retaining claws (10) of a support frame (1) and whose longitudinal displaceability is restricted by a fixed first stop at the first end of the support frame (1) and a second stop (17) which is disposed at the second end (15) of the support frame (1) and can move between a retaining position (HS) and a release position. In order to be able to mount the wiper blade rubber (2) reliably on the support frame (1), an end piece (16), on which the second stop (17) is located, is secured at the second end (15) of the support frame (1) so as to be rotatable about a geometric axis (22) which is at least approximately parallel to the longitudinal direction (L) of the wiper blade rubber (2). A windscreen wiper, in particular for motor vehicles, comprises a support stirrup (10), a wiper blade (20) and elastic support elements (30) for the wiper blade (20) on the support stirrup (10). These elastic support elements (30) for the wiper blade (20) comprise at least one elastic strip (31) with several elastic tongues (32a-32c) which extend in a first direction and at least one elastic tongue (33) which acts in a second direction, opposite to the first. The wiper blade (20) is thus guided and elastically supported on the support stirrup (10) by its two ends, in accordance with the requirements.

A spline for use in a windshield wiper assembly including a wiping element is provided. The spline is composed of a pair of elongate strips, and each strip includes a first curved portion having at least one pointed protrusion to penetrate the wiping element, a notched portion having a notch, a second curved portion provided at a side of the elongate strip, and a body portion to seat within the wiping element. An overall shape of the spline is convex or concave with a bottom surface of the spline directed toward a wiping lip of the wiping element.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Scheibenwischvorrichtung für ein Fahrzeugzum Wischen einer Scheibe (4), umfassend ein Wischblatt (2) miteinem langgestreckten Oberteil(10) und einem langgestreckten Unterteil(12), welche 10 zumindest teilweise biegbar ausgestaltet sind. Des Weiteren sind mehrere Verbindungselemente (18) zum Verbinden des Oberteils (10) und des Unterteils (12) vorgesehen, die entlang einer Längserstreckung (8) des Wischblatts(2) voneinander beabstandet und an dem Oberteil (10) und/oder dem Unterteil (12) mittels eines Drehgelenks (20) angebrachtsind,wobei die Verbindungselemente (18) ausgelegt sind,um eine Bewegung des Oberteils (10) und des Unterteils relativ zueinander mit einer Bewegungskomponente entlang der Längserstreckung (8) des Wischblatts(2)zu ermöglichen.
