Abstract: 提供一种低介电玻璃纤维及制备方法、玻璃纤维制品、复合材料及应用。通过合理调配玻璃组分中各氧化物的配比可以获得机械强度高、介电性能好且熔制工艺更简便等综合性能优异的低介电玻璃。具体地,通过合理设置氧化硅、氧化铝和氧化硼的比例,使得玻璃纤维具有较低的介电常数和介电损耗,并适当调节了玻璃粘度;同时,在考虑介电性能及机械强度的前提下通过合理设置碱土金属氧化物、碱金属氧化物、TiO2、CeO2及SnO2的用量,进一步改善了玻璃的熔制、澄清性能,拉丝成形温度更低,稳定性、成品率更高,密度更小,具有优良的作业性能。
