    摘要: A presente tecnologia, que se insere no campo técnico de massas de recobrimento e nivelamento aplicadas em ambientes diversos, se configura como um uma nova composição para fabricação de pastas para recobrimento de alta viscosidade. O invento compreende cinco tipo de cargas mineiras e três tipos de resinas poliméricas, misturadas nas mais diversas proporções, garantido elevada resistência a fluidez mesmo em sistemas pressurizados. As cinco cargas minerais utilizadas (Dolomita; Gesso cré, Carbonato de cálcio precipitado; Hidrosilicato de alumínio micronizado e Carbonato de cálcio e Magnésio natural) aliadas as resinas poliméricas (PVAs) garantem a viscosidade e densidade necessárias para aplicações em ambientes fechados e/ou pressurizados.

The apparatus (100) comprises a disintegrating unit (3), a cellulose blank forming unit (30) and a product forming unit (40) for producing rigid cellulose products (14). The cellulose blank forming unit (30) comprising a dispenser for guiding a cellulose fibre carrying air flow from the disintegrating unit (3), a forming drum (15) having an outer surface comprising perforations, wherein the outer surface is configured for receiving cellulose fibres and for forming a cellulose blank (13), an air removing device (54) arranged inside the forming drum (15), and a support structure (8) for receiving the cellulose blank (13) from said forming drum (15). The apparatus (100) is characterized in that the outer surface of the forming drum (15) comprises a first area having a first perforation density and a second area having a second perforation density that is less than said first perforation density for forming a continuous or discontinuous cellulose blank (13) having higher grammage at first locations originating from said first area than at second locations originating from said second area.
