Abstract:
A dynamic lumbar realignment system includes a compressive lower body garment that provides abdominal compression and a stabilizing strap that induces thigh rotation in order to produce a therapeutic effect. Pelvic tilt provided by the compressive lower body garment and thigh rotation provided by the stabilizing strap assist the user in maintaining proper posture. The stabilizing strap is arranged and oriented on the compressive lower body garment in a therapeutic orientation path that enables the stabilizing strap to exert a desired therapeutic effect on the user. The therapeutic orientation path is defined by a combination of a plurality of strap- supporting attachment points and a plurality of strap-guiding attachment points on the compressive lower body garment. Numerous variants of the dynamic lumbar realignment system are available to address various issues such as lumbar hyperlordosis and lumbar hypolordosis.
Abstract:
An electronic hookah is provided with a penis-shaped attachment which introduces a phallic nature desirable in environments such as bachelorette parties. The penis-shaped attachment is placed over a vaporizing body, the latter of which is used to produce smoke through use of a liquid reservoir and an atomizer. Power is supplied by a power source and vapors are expelled through a mouthpiece. The penis-shaped attachment has portions that resemble male genitalia, including a head with an aperture. The aperture allows vapors expelled through the mouthpiece to also pass through the penis-shaped attachment. The penis-shaped attachment is enhanced through the addition of a vein pattern on a shaft-shaped portion. Enhancements for the vaporizing body include a printed graphic and an illumination source. The combination of components allows for the use of an electronic hookah device with a phallic theme.

A nasal apparatus which is placed in a nostril in order to provide several respiratory benefits includes a nasal insert having a hub, a plurality of arched legs, and a lateral face. Each of the plurality of arched legs comprises a proximal end and a free end positioned opposite each other, wherein the proximal end is adjacently connected to the hub. The plurality of arched legs is positioned around the hub forming a nasal shell structure in the shape of an inner nasal surface of the nostril, wherein the nasal insert is flexible as to apply pressure to the inner nasal surface. The nasal apparatus may further include a bridge and a subsequent nasal insert, wherein the bridge is adjacently connected to both the nasal insert and the subsequent nasal insert, and is positioned in between the nasal insert and the subsequent nasal insert.

A fluid-driven power generating apparatus is a power generator in form pipes with either water wheels or balls with circumferential indents rotating therewithin. The water wheels or the balls are rotated by the fluid flow within the pipes. Each of the water wheels or each the balls has a wheel axle or a ball wheel axle which is encircled by a metal coil. Each metal coil is rotated by the fluid flow within a magnetic field produced by the electromagnetic layer attached to each of the pipes. Through the rotations of the metal coil within the magnetic field, electricity is thus created and stored in an energy storage device. Another variation of the present invention is a closed-system fluid-driven power generating apparatus with mercury as the driving fluid. The present invention can be incorporated into plumbing, dip, sprinkler systems as well as watercrafts such as ships, submarines, jet skis, etc.

A system and method for utilizing a mobile device charging unit as an incentive program to display advertisement material. The system and method includes a main body which houses the display unit and contains a deep indentation with a cover plate connected via hinges. A plurality of charging cables is also included and partially housed in the main body. A mounting mechanism is used to attach the main body and the other components within to the surface of a vehicle. Display unit and charging cables are electronically connected to an external power source. Operation commands are dictated by the software that is saved on the database. Commands include displaying advertisement material, interacting with the user, and initiating the flow of electricity from the external power the user's portable computing device.

An animal shaped golf bag for use in carrying a plurality of golf clubs during a game of golf. The animal shaped golf bag includes a central compartment which enables the organization of the plurality of golf clubs via a plurality of dividers. An outer cover is present over the central compartment which bears varying colorations and textures as well as providing mounting for subsequent components. A plurality of pockets are mounted to the outer cover and provide storage for various miscellaneous equipment which a golfer may carry during play. The plurality of pockets also serve to provide the general animal shape to the golf bag. A handle is also included for easy carrying. A plurality of aesthetic components complete the appearance of the animal shaped golf bag. A carry case provides travel capability while a rain hood attached to the outer cover enables use in inclement environments.
Abstract:
Extensions to the Reduced Error Logistic Regression (RELR) machine learning method are detailed. These extensions include mechanisms that handle basic operations more accurately within the previously patented RELR method, along with sequential and causal machine learning mechanisms. The method overcomes significant limitations in prior art logistic regression and machine learning methods, including the previously patented RELR method.

A weighted/grooved drumstick is an apparatus that can be readily altered in order to accommodate a drummer's personal preferences. The apparatus is an elongated body that includes a tip, a grip, and a distal end. The tip is positioned adjacent to the grip and is a bead of spherical shape. The distal end is positioned adjacent to the grip, opposite of the tip. The grip has at least one fulcrum groove that allows the user's finger or fingers to grasp the apparatus. The at least one fulcrum groove can be a first fulcrum groove and a second fulcrum groove, which would be diametrically opposed to each other around the elongated annular body. The apparatus also includes a plurality of weighted inserts and a plurality of weight-receiving holes. The weight-receiving holes traverses into the elongated annular body, and a user-selected number of weighted inserts is positioned into the weight-receiving holes.

The adjustable headset is an all in one device that include an adjustable support band, an adjustable screen, a first and second ear cover, a computer system, a communications system, and a power source. The adjustable support band connects to each ear cover, allowing the virtual goggles to rest atop a user's head, with the ear covers being adjacent to a user's ears. The screen is attached to the ear covers by adjustable screen bars, which allow a user to change the distance, angle, and general orientation of the screen. The computer system is capable of storing and running software programs, such as an operating system, as well as interfacing with connected devices by means of a set of connection ports, located on the ear covers, or the communications system. Thus the virtual goggles serve to adjust to meet individual comfort needs and interface with a wide variety of technologies.

An illuminated tap handle comprises a handle casing, a LED light strip, a battery, a charging station, and a remote control. The LED light strip comprises a plurality of LED lights. The plurality of LED lights and the battery are hermetically sealed within the handle casing to prevent damage from corrosive materials and electronically connected to each other. The handle casing design can be easily altered to meet the needs of the consumer. The LED light strip and the battery can be installed in any casing design to better promote the branding. The remote control controls the effects of the plurality of LED lights. An induction charging method is used to charge the illuminated tap handle to prevent any kind of damages that may happen during the charging process. The illuminated tap handle is easily connected to the existing beer towers with a simple screwing mechanism.
