Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for a multi-slot sounding reference signal (SRS) resource. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a configuration of an SRS resource, wherein the SRS resource comprises a set of symbols for transmission of SRS across a plurality of slots, and transmitting the SRS using the set of symbols across the plurality of slots to a base station.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may receive at least one lean synchronization signal block (SSB), each of the at least one lean SSB being received in one of at least one symbol and each of the at least one lean SSB including the same kind of synchronization signal in each of the at least one symbol from a base station, measure at least one quantity associated with the received at least one lean SSB, and transmit a measurement report indicating the measured at least one quantity associated with the received at least one lean SSB to the base station for the purpose of beam management. The UE may receive a configuration indicating a lean SSB resource set. The UE may also receive an instruction to activate/ deactivate or trigger the lean SSB and the measurement associated with the received lean SSB resource set when the type is semi-persistent or aperiodic, respectively.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration message that includes a sounding reference signal (SRS) configuration that indicates a first set of SRS transmission parameters for the UE. The UE may receive an indication to modify the SRS configuration, wherein the indication is associated with a second set of SRS transmission parameters that is different from the first set of SRS transmission parameters. The UE may transmit one or more SRSs according to the second set of SRS transmission parameters and based at least in part on receiving the indication. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to a base station providing a user equipment (UE) with a sticky uplink beam assignment for one or more uplink signals. The UE may use the sticky uplink beam assignment for transmission of uplink signals until a new sticky uplink beam assignment is received. In some examples, the sticky uplink beam assignment may include an uplink beam identifier (ID) identifying an uplink beam associated with the transmission of an uplink signal. The uplink beam identified by the uplink beam ID may be used by the UE for transmission of the uplink signal and either all subsequent uplink signals (e.g., physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) and/or physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH)) or subsequent uplink signals of particular uplink channel types (e.g., dynamic PUSCH, configured grant (CG), PUCCH, etc.) until a new uplink beam ID is received.

Abstract: Techniques and apparatus for avoiding hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identifier (ID) conflicts in scenarios where multiple semi persistently scheduled (SPS) configurations share the same pool of HARQ process IDs are provided. One technique involves receiving an indication of SPS configurations, where each SPS configuration allocates a set of SPS occasions for physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmissions. A conflict is detected between a first HARQ process ID associated with a first SPS occasion of a first SPS configuration and a second HARQ process ID associated with a second SPS occasion of a second SPS configuration, where the first SPS occasion occurs prior to the second SPS occasion. At least one action to resolve the conflict is taken based on predetermined rule(s), in response to detecting the conflict.

Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to determining a first time period for transmitting block feedback for communications received in multiple semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) resources corresponding to different time periods within a feedback window, receiving a dynamically scheduled downlink transmission during the feedback window, and determining, based on receiving the dynamically scheduled downlink transmission during the feedback window, to multiplex first feedback for at least one SPS communication received in at least one of the multiple SPS resources with second feedback for the dynamically scheduled downlink transmission. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may dynamically cancel and reschedule configured transmission occasions for communicating with a user equipment (UE). The transmission occasions may be configured according to a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration (e.g., for downlink transmissions) or a configured grant (CG) configuration (e.g., for uplink transmissions). The base station may transmit a dynamic grant to the UE that indicates a cancellation of a transmission occasion and schedules a dynamic transmission occasion for communicating data scheduled for transmission at the canceled transmission occasion. In some examples, the cancellation in the grant may be explicit or implicit.
