Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a first set of resources associated with a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement (A/N) feedback message, wherein the SPS A/N feedback message is deferred to a second set of resources by the UE. The UE may receive an indication of a third set of resources associated with a dynamic A/N feedback message, wherein the second set of resources and the third set of resources are associated with a collision. The UE may perform an action based on the second set of resources and the third set of resources being associated with the collision. The UE may transmit at least one of the SPS A/N feedback message or the dynamic A/N feedback message based on performing the action. Numerous other aspects are described.

The UE may select a second component carrier, of the plurality of component carriers for which PUCCH switching is enabled, that is to be used for transmitting a second PUCCH repetition of the plurality of PUCCH repetitions. Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a method, performed by a network node, for selection of uplink control information (UCI) transmission format, comprises determining whether to use a coherent transmission; upon determining to use a coherent transmission, selecting a coherent transmission format for UCI transmission. Upon determining not to use a coherent transmission the method further includes determining whether to use an orthogonal sequence: upon determining to use an orthogonal sequence, the method includes selecting a non-coherent transmission format with an orthogonal sequence for UCI transmission; upon determining not to use an orthogonal sequence, the method includes selecting a non-coherent transmission format with a non-orthogonal sequence for UCI transmission. The method further includes using the selected format for UCI transmission. For example, a base station may send the selected format for UCI transmission to a UE, or a UE may select and use the UCI transmission format.

Abstract: Techniques described herein provide multiplexing of multiple forms of uplink control information (UCI) associated with different priorities on a single physical uplink control channel (PUCCH). For example, some techniques and apparatuses described herein provide multiplexing of the multiple forms of UCI as if they are associated with the same priority. Furthermore, some techniques and apparatuses described herein provide power control for the transmission of multiple forms of UCI on a single PUCCH. For example, a UE may apply a payload size dependent power boost for power control of a PUCCH based at least in part on the PUCCH carrying multiple forms of UCI. Still further, some techniques and apparatuses described herein provide a fallback technique where the UE is associated with insufficient power headroom to apply the payload size dependent power boost.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communications, and more particularly, to techniques for dynamically triggering or skipping channel state feedback (CSF). A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a network entity, a configuration indicating CSF reporting occasions, receiving a downlink (DL) transmission, and transmitting CSF on only some CSF reporting occasions after receiving the DL transmission when one or more trigger conditions are met. According to certain aspects, when one or more trigger conditions are not met, the UE skips at least some CSF reporting occasions.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a control message identifying a frequency hop configuration that configures the UE to use frequency hopping when transmitting repetitions of an uplink shared channel transmission. The UE, the base station, or both may determine, based on the UE being configured with the frequency hop configuration, a frequency hop for each repetition of the uplink shared channel transmission. Each frequency hop may be determined based on a corresponding uplink shared channel index for a respective repetition a frequency hop for each repetition of the uplink shared channel transmission. The uplink shared channel index may be an uplink transmission occasion index, or a repetition index. The UE may transmit the repetitions of the uplink shared channel transmission using respective frequency hops in accordance with the determination and the frequency hop configuration.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. For instance, a network entity may transmit, to a user equipment (UE), control signaling indicating that the UE is to provide feedback corresponding to a set of feedback process identifiers for at least one component carrier. The network entity may transmit, to the UE, a cancellation indication that cancels a scheduled uplink transmission in which the UE is scheduled to provide feedback data corresponding to a subset of the set of feedback process identifiers. The network entity may transmit, to the UE, a control message scheduling the UE to transmit the feedback data corresponding to the subset of the set of feedback process identifiers (e.g., based on the cancellation indication). The UE may transmit, to the network entity, a feedback message including the feedback data for the subset based on the control message.
