    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may support multiple communications schemes, including a time division multiplexing (TDM) scheme, a frequency division multiplexing (FDM) scheme, a spatial division multiplexing (SDM) scheme, and a single transmission/reception point (sTRP) scheme. The UE may receive control signaling that indicates the multiple communications schemes and downlink control information (DCI) that schedules an uplink data message. The DCI may indicate one or more sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets associated with the uplink data message. The UE may transmit the uplink data message in accordance with a switching arrangement for switching between the communications schemes. The switching arrangement may be indicated for the uplink data message by one or more of the control signaling, the DCI, or the one or more SRS resource sets.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, a signal indicating a configuration for the UE to report channel state information (CSI) associated with a first set of reference signals. In some examples, the UE may receive a set of reference signals less than the first set and evaluate one or more rules for generating a CSI report based on receiving the set of reference signals. In some examples, the UE may refrain from generating the CSI report if none of the reference signals from the first set are received. In some examples, the UE may refrain from generating the CSI report of at least one reference signal is missing from the first set. In some examples, the UE may refrain from generating the CSI report if a threshold number of reference signals are missing from the first set.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support a shared transmission power control (TPC) for uplink data and control channels. In a first aspect, a method includes a user equipment (UE) receiving a TPC command in downlink control messages from a serving base station. Each TPC command includes a power correction indicator. The UE may then apply an accumulation of power correction indicators received in the downlink control messages to an adjustment state associated with a transmit power of an of uplink control channel and an uplink data channel. The UE transmits to an uplink receive point, the uplink control or data channel according to the transmit power adjusted by the accumulation of power correction indicators applied to the adjustment state.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that support overlapping physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidate thresholds. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may determine, for each subcarrier spacing (SCS) configuration of a set of SCS configurations, a threshold number of overlapping PDCCH candidates within a time interval. The UE may receive, from a base station, signaling indicating one or more PDCCH monitoring configurations.     Abstract: Various embodiments include methods for managing uplink timing advance configuration of wireless devices by a base station. A wireless device may send an initial access signal to a base station, receive from the base station an initial timing advance value responsive to the initial access signal, and send to the base station a next signal comprising a Physical Random Access Channel (PRACH) waveform via uplink (UL) receive (Rx) points over two or more beams. The base station may receive the next signal including the PRACH waveform via the two or more UL Rx points, select a refined timing advance value based on the signal, and send the refined timing advance value to the wireless device. The wireless device may receive the refined timing advance value and send a further signal to the base station via one of the UL Rx points using the refined timing advance.
