Abstract:
A removable cartridge cleaner assembly is provided that allows for easier replacement of the belt cleaner blades from under a conveyor belt. In one aspect the assembly includes a cartridge assembly configured for connection with at least one belt cleaner blade assembly and a support assembly configured to support the cartridge assembly across a transverse width of the conveyor belt. A releasable connection between the cartridge assembly and the support assembly is configured to be sheltered from dust and debris. The releasable connection may be disposed within a chamber formed by the engaging portions of the cartridge and support assemblies. The releasable connection can be released by removing a longitudinally oriented rod member that extends along a length of the cartridge and support assemblies. The support assembly may include a secondary cartridge support for easing installation and removal of the cartridge assembly.

Ein Abstreifelement (22, 24, 124) zur Anlage an einen Gurt (12) ist schwenkbar angeordnet gegenüber einer Schwenkachse (30, 130), wobei ein Federelement (42) ein Drehmoment auf das Abstreifelement (22, 24, 124) bewirkt. Ein Sensor (44) zur Ermittlung eines Schwenkwinkels a des Abstreifelements (22, 24, 124) ist ein berührungsloser Sensor mit einem Indexteil (46) und einem Erfassungsteil (48) zur Erfassung der Stellung des Indexteils (46). Der Indexteil (46) ist an einem mit dem Abstreifelement (22, 24, 124) gekoppelten beweglichen Element (38,136) im Abstand von der Schwenkachse (30,130) angeordnet.

La invención se relaciona a un dispositivo del tipo cabezal para la limpieza y sanitación continua en bandas transportadoras principalmente del tipo sanitarias planas. El dispositivo del tipo cabezal que comprende un perfil extruido en una sola pieza que define la longitud de área de limpieza, la cual comprende una sección transversal en forma de ''W'', que aloja longitudinalmente una pluralidad de arrasadores de polímero, y un par de sellos de polímero se disponen en cada de uno de sus extremos derecho e izquierdo de dicho perfil extruido en forma de ''W'', en donde además dichos par de sellos se encuentran protegidos y sellados por un par de tapas de polímero que limitan la longitud del perfil extruido.

Dispositivo mecânico de acionamento autocompensador para acionamento de raspadores secundários, totalmente mecânico, sem dependência de ação de energia externa, fornecendo pressão constante ao raspador após o acionamento, uma vez que à medida que as lâminas vão sofrendo desgaste e reduzem o seu tamanho, há o equilíbrio em função da força exercida pela mola do acionamento. Pelo fato de a pressão das lâminas contra a correia transportadora ser constante, a eficiência de raspagem é garantida até o final da vida útil das lâminas.
