    摘要: The disclosed embodiments include computer-implemented systems and processes for mitigating carbon emissions associated with mined digital assets. For example, an apparatus may obtain request data characterizing a request to retire an issued unit of a first digital asset. The issued unit of the first digital asset is associated with a corresponding unit of a first cryptocurrency mined using renewable energy and with a mitigated volume of carbon emissions. Based on a determination that the mitigated volume is at least equivalent to a volume of carbon emissions associated with a subset of a cryptocurrency flow, the apparatus may perform operations that issue a unit of a second digital asset and that record data associated with the issued unit of the second digital asset onto a distributed ledger. Further, the apparatus may transmit a portion of asset data to one or more devices in accordance with a predetermined temporal schedule.
