    Abstract: Techniques and systems for enhanced adjustment of quantities and placement of decoupling capacitance on circuit boards for integrated circuits is provided herein. An example method includes iterating application of a load profile across different populations of decoupling capacitors on a circuit board for supply voltage domains of an integrated circuit device until a target transient performance is reached for the supply voltage domains. The load profile is applied onto electrical connections corresponding to the supply voltage domains for the integrated circuit device. The method also includes generating a capacitor population configuration for the circuit board based on a population of the decoupling capacitors that achieves the target transient performance.

    Abstract: Non-limiting examples of systems, methods, and devices for automatically generating security labels are disclosed herein. In an implementation, generation of security labels is automated to enforce security policies and prevent data leaks. For example, characteristics identified in telemetry data (e.g., collaborators, workgroups, internal users, external users, file content, terms etc.) may be used to automatically generate sensitivity labels and corresponding encryption policies. In another implementation, a user interface may be rendered comprising descriptions of the generated security labels that allow for selection of the labels, which results in the implementation of the security label.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for determining a response to a query in a dialog. An entity extractor extracts rules and conditions associated with the query and determines a particular task. The disclosed technology generates a transformer-based dialog embedding by pre-training a transformer using dialog corpora including a plurality of tasks. A task-specific classifier generates a first set of candidate responses based on rules and conditions associated with the task. The transformer-based dialog embedding generates a second set of candidate responses to the query. The classifier accommodates changes made to a task by an interactive dialog editor as machine teaching. A response generator generates a response based on the first and second sets of candidate responses using an optimization function. The disclosed technology leverages both a data-driven, generative model based on dialog corpora and a user-driven, task-specific rule-based classifier that accommodating updates in rules and conditions associated with a task.

    Abstract: Technology that permits two computing systems to communicate with each other with high confidence that a particular entity is present at the other computing system. As an example, when a first computing system communicates with a second computing system, the first computing system may regularly verify that a particular entity is present at the second computing system. The first computing system is actually in control of a proof capture component on the second computing system. The first computing system causes the second computing system to automatically generate proof of presence, the proof evidencing that the particular entity is present at the second computing system. The first computing system also causes the second computing system to include the generated presence proof when communicating from the second computing system to the first computing system.

    Abstract: Computing systems, devices, and associated methods of privacy data management in a distributed computing system are disclosed herein. In one example, a method includes receiving a request from a data consumer for privacy information of data stored as digital objects. The digital objects are logically structured according to a data schema defining a property containing a property value representing user information and an annotation to the property containing a privacy classification of the property value of the property. The method also includes inspecting the data schema of the digital objects to identify the privacy classification of the property and transmitting the identified privacy classification to the data consumer to allow the data consumer to configure an application to process the property value of the property in the digital objects according to an organizational, legal, or regulatory processing requirement in one or more jurisdictions.

    Abstract: A method comprises etching titanium dioxide selectively in the presence of aluminium oxide using an etchant. The etchant is an aqueous solution of a base and a hydroperoxide. It has surprisingly been found that this etchant has good selectivity for titanium dioxide over aluminium oxide, and is effective for removing titanium dioxide without destroying an aluminium oxide layer. Also provided is an etchant for etching titanium dioxide, the etchant being an aqueous solution of ammonia and hydrogen peroxide, wherein the molar ratio of the ammonia to the hydrogen peroxide is in the range 1:34 to 1:38.
