    Abstract: A method of quality of experience (QoE) measurement and reporting, includes: receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a first radio resource control (RRC) message comprising first configuration parameters of a first QoE configuration and second configuration parameters of a second QoE configuration; receiving, by the UE, an RRC release message indicating transitioning of the UE from an RRC connected state to an RRC inactive state, wherein the UE is in a connected state when the RRC release message is received; receiving, by the UE, from a second BS, an RRC resume message indicating transitioning of the UE from the RRC inactive state to the RRC connected state, wherein the UE is in an inactive state when the RRC resume message is received; and in response to receiving the RRC resume message, releasing the first QoE configuration and resuming the second QoE configuration.

    Abstract: In a structure in which a cable is installed into a connector is provided. A back retainer is arranged in a compressed state between an inner circumferential surface of a cylindrical portion, included in a connector body and extending in the axis line direction, and an outer circumferential surface of the cable. The back retainer includes a main annular portion which is configured such that a compression amount on the back retainer in the radial direction centered on the axis line direction gradually increases as the compression amount goes from one side toward the other side. The back retainer includes an engaging protrusion configured to prevent the back retainer from detaching from the cylindrical portion on an outer circumferential surface of the back retainer.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a filler head (13) for a storage system (1) comprising a body (15) to be mounted inclined according to a predetermined angle (α) regarding the gravity direction (G), called the filling direction (F), and including a main part (17) closed by a cover part (19) so as to form a cavity (20) in which a separating device (21) is received, the filler head (13) being configured to receive, in a cylindrical wall (23) of the separating device (21) extending around the filling direction (F), a distribution nozzle of a fluid with an automatic stop sensor (39a, 39b) to prevent overfilling of the filler head (13), the separating device (21) being arranged to improve the partitioning of a flow (V) coming from a venting line and the flow (F) going to the filling line. According to the invention, the filler head (13) further comprises a buffer volume (12) in one-piece with the main part (17) in a back portion (B) of the body (15) so as to reduce the speed of flow (V) coming from the venting line (11) and, the cylindrical wall (23) comprises at least one recess (31) facing the opening of the buffer volume (12) in the back portion (B) of the body (15), the cylindrical wall (23) guiding along a front portion (P) of the body (15), located in an opposite direction to the back portion (B) regarding the filling direction (F), any fluid outgoing from the nozzle so as to ensure a laminar flow (F) of the fluid outgoing from the nozzle towards the filling line (9) in the front portion (P) of the body (15), and a direct venting of fluid through the cylindrical wall (23) in the back portion (B) of the body (15) coming from the venting line (11), thus permitting to limit any fluid dispensing shut off during refilling stage.
