Abstract: An apparatus for skin prick testing of immediate allergic reactions by a plurality of applied allergens. The apparatus is provided in three configurations including, respectively, a single head element, an arrangement of two rows of head elements, and an arrangement of three rows of head elements. Use of the apparatus forms the basis for a method of allergy testing, while the apparatus may be provided as a kit for allergy testing, the kit forming an assembly once combined. The kit includes the apparatus in a two or three row configuration, a lower tray with allergen cavities suitable for accepting the head elements of each apparatus, a top tray insert for stable and piloted positioning of each apparatus above the lower tray, and a removeable cover affixable to the lower tray thereby securing the top tray with one or more of the apparatus in an enclosed assembly formed by the kit.

Abstract: Systems and methods for automated patternmaking. To create patterns for use in manufacturing a desired piece of clothing, body measurements, style, and fit are entered and a suitable 3D model of the piece of clothing is generated based on those body measurements, style and fit. Once finalized, the surface of the 3D model is converted into multiple 2D models, each 2D model corresponding to an expected pattern for the piece of clothing. These 2D models are then finalized by being adjusted for manufacturing needs. The resulting patterns from the 2D models are then used as the required patterns for manufacturing the piece of clothing. The process may be used in other types of manufacturing that requires patterns to be generated.

Abstract: System and method for estimating how an atmospheric gas is distributed. A server receives prior data related to historical and/or theoretical global patterns of the gas, as well as measurements of the concentration and/or emission of the gas. The server passes the data and measurements to a database for storage and/or to at least one processor, which applies statistical inference methods to estimate a probability distribution of gas concentration and emission within the region. In one embodiment, the entire atmosphere is divided into numerous regions, and gas distributions are evaluated in each region, to thereby produce an estimated distribution covering the atmosphere. In some embodiments, the regions are divisions of an equirectangular projection of the Earth's surface and have a length and width of 0.025°.

Abstract: Systems and methods for managing incoming cybersecurity events. Incoming security events are first classified based on stored event profiles from previous events. Multiple analysts with relevant experience and background are determined based on the analysts' stored profiles. The incoming event is assigned and dispatched as necessary to one of these analysts. Analyst stress levels and mood is assessed, and the assessments are stored in the analyst profiles. Analyst resolution steps and performance against those steps in resolving the events are also stored in the relevant analyst profiles and in an event record database. QA reviews of resolved events are conducted when norm deviant circumstances arise. AI and process mining techniques are used in classifying the incoming events, assigning the incoming events to the relevant analyst, and determining lessons to be learned from previous events. The analyst profiles models specific analyst behaviour and are used for assigning incoming events.

ORIENTED MAGNETIC CORE LAMINATION AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE

Abstract: An oriented magnetic core lamination technique and a method of producing circular lamination cores. The method includes cutting rectangular strips with teeth pointing in a single direction (may not be the traverse or rolling direction) from the steel sheet plane, as opposed to directly punching circular laminates from the steel sheet with the teeth pointing in all directions. The strips are cut in such a way that the short side is aligned to the direction that has the best magnetic properties. The strips can then be bent into a donut or toroidal shape, either inwardly (with teeth pointing to the circle center) or outwardly (with teeth pointing out of the center) depending on the design of the lamination core. The direction with the best magnetic properties may be determined by non-destructive methods such as magnetic Barkhausen noise (MBN) analysis, x-ray diffraction (XRD), or electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD).

Abstract: Systems and methods relating to a real estate registry and monitoring system. The blockchain based registry maintains records on each individual property within the jurisdiction that the real estate registry and monitoring system operates. The system will record changes to the property thereby creating a chronological record of a property's evolution. The blockchain based registry only adds new data records after the new data records have been vetted and approved by specific stakeholder users. These new data records are only added once a consensus from the specific stakeholder users has been received. Data records are added whenever a change that affects the property occurs, such as a sale of the property or a court order or the taking out of a building permit. Whenever new data records are added to the blockchain, all stakeholder users are notified of the change recorded. Each data record may contain a link that points to one or more supporting documentation for the change evidenced by the data record.

Abstract: Systems and methods for managing resources for a main server that updates implementations of machine learning models used by client devices. The main server allocates resources to jobs for client devices, including updates on machine learning models operating on or operated for client devices based on restrictions of use for data sets generated by the client devices. In addition to restrictions (or lack thereof) as to the uses for the client's data set, other bases for allocating resources to the jobs and needs of the client on the main server may be used.

Abstract: Systems and methods relating to contact and interactions between a potential seller and a potential buyer of a selected property. A system receives input from a potential buyer indicating interest in a selected property. The system locates the property's address and determines the potential seller for the property. Contact is then initiated with the potential seller and the potential seller is provided with a code for accessing a dedicated communications channel with the potential buyer. Once the code is activated, the potential seller and the potential buyer can determine if there is enough interest to sell the property.
