Abstract: A wireless device receives, from a base station, a first radio resource control (RRC) message indicating a request for radio access capabilities of the wireless device. A second RRC message is transmitted to the base station and includes information of the radio access capabilities for power saving operations. The information includes: a first parameter indicating whether the wireless device supports skipping a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring on an active bandwidth part, and a second parameter indicating whether the wireless device supports switching PDCCH monitoring among search space groups of the active bandwidth part. The wireless device receives, from the base station, a third RRC message including configuration parameters, based on the first parameter and the second parameter, for the power saving operations.

Abstract: A wireless device receives messages comprising parameters of a multicast and broadcast service (MBS) session. The parameters indicate hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback operations. The HARQ feedback operations comprise a first feedback operation with HARQ feedback being enabled; and a second feedback operation with the HARQ feedback being disabled. A downlink control information (DCI) indicates one of the first or the second feedback operation. The wireless device receives a first DCI scheduling a transport block (TB) of the MBS session; and indicating the first feedback operation. The wireless device transmits, based on the first DCI indicating the first feedback operation, a first HARQ feedback for the TB.

Abstract: In some embodiments, a wireless device performs a beam failure detection procedure based on detecting a first beam failure instance associated with one or more first reference signals (RSs). The wireless device receives a medium access control control element (MAC CE) activating one or more second RSs for the beam failure detection procedure. The wireless device restarts the beam failure detection procedure in response to the receiving the MAC CE and initiates a beam failure recovery procedure based on a number of second beam failure instances of the beam failure detection procedure exceeding a first value.

Abstract: A wireless device receives parameters indicating: a first location of a starting physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitor occasion (MO) of PDCCH MOs of a paging early indication (PEI) occasion, and a second location of a starting PDCCH MO of PDCCH MOs of a paging occasion. A first PDCCH is monitored starting from the first location and over a first number of the PDCCH MOs of the PEI occasion. A PEI is received based on the monitoring the first PDCCH. In response to the PEI, a second PDCCH is monitored starting from the second location and over the first number of the PDCCH MOs of the paging occasion.

Abstract: A wireless device receives a downlink control information (DCI) indicating: time resources for receiving a plurality of physical downlink control channels (PDSCHs) across slots in a cell, a first priority index, and a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) for transmitting feedback information of PDSCHs associated with the first priority index. Based on a time resource of each PDSCH of the plurality of PDSCHs, one or more first PDSCHs are determined from the plurality of PDSCHs as being associated with the first priority index. Based on the first priority index, first feedback information of the one or more first PDSCHs are transmitted via the first PUCCH of the first priority index.
