    Abstract: A wireless device receives, from a base station, a first radio resource control (RRC) message indicating a request for radio access capabilities of the wireless device. A second RRC message is transmitted to the base station and includes information of the radio access capabilities for power saving operations. The information includes: a first parameter indicating whether the wireless device supports skipping a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring on an active bandwidth part, and a second parameter indicating whether the wireless device supports switching PDCCH monitoring among search space groups of the active bandwidth part. The wireless device receives, from the base station, a third RRC message including configuration parameters, based on the first parameter and the second parameter, for the power saving operations.

The wireless device receives a dormancy indication indicating a non-dormant state for the first dormancy cell group. In response to the dormancy indication indicating the non-dormant state, the wireless device maintains the first cell in a dormant state based on: the second cell cross-carrier scheduling the first cell, and the second cell being in the dormant state.

    Abstract: A wireless device receives parameters indicating: a first location of a starting physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitor occasion (MO) of PDCCH MOs of a paging early indication (PEI) occasion, and a second location of a starting PDCCH MO of PDCCH MOs of a paging occasion. A first PDCCH is monitored starting from the first location and over a first number of the PDCCH MOs of the PEI occasion. A PEI is received based on the monitoring the first PDCCH. In response to the PEI, a second PDCCH is monitored starting from the second location and over the first number of the PDCCH MOs of the paging occasion.
