Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet dass, beim Ermitteln der Korrekturzeichenfolge eine Zweitzuordnung durchgeführt wird, bei der zumindest ein Zeichen der Erstzuordnung durch ein anderes Zeichen gemäß der Zweitzuordnung ersetzt ist, so dass eine Zweitzeichenfolge erzeugt wird, wobei die Auswahl des anderen Zeichens gemäß der Zweitzuordnung in Abhängigkeit von der Anzeigeposition des Eingabefeldes 10 des anderen Zeichens relativ zu der zugehörigen erfassten Eingabeposition durchgeführt wird, und die Zweitzeichenfolge die Korrekturzeichenfolge ist. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zum Durchführen dieses Verfahrens.

The thus obtained vegan edible products are suitable for preparing vegan artificial meat products.
