    Abstract: A remote monitoring management system of electric power device includes a radio acquisition device and a data converter.     Abstract: A transmitting device, receiving device and method based on multiple sub-bands filters set, the transmitter cuts the tailing signals at the head and end segments of buffered wave-forms by buffering the wave-form signals composed by multiple sub-bands filters set, and obtains the shorter signals, then the shorter signals are superimposed circulated at the head and end segments and time domain transmission signals circulated at the head and end segments are obtained. By cutting the tailing signals at the head and end segments of buffered wave-forms, the system transmission efficiency is improved, and by superimposing the shorter signals circulated at the head and end segments to form time domain transmission signals circulated at the head and end segments, the interfere out of band of the transmitted signals is decreased and the orthogonality of multiple sub-bands signals is ensured. The receiver extends the input data block circulated at the head and end segments correspondingly, so the orthogonality of the transmitted signals can be recovered, and the signal distortion is decreased.
