Abstract: The present invention relates to a new crystalline form of 3,4',5-trihydroxy-stilbene-3-ß-D-glucoside, its preparation method and the use, as well as a pharmaceutical composition containing the same. The form I of 3,4',5-trihydroxy-stilbene-3-ß-D-glucoside of the present invention possesses stable shape and definitive melting point, and has good chemical stability. This new morphology of 3,4',5-trihydroxy-stilbene-3-ß-D-glucoside has desired property for preparing solid preparation. When it is prepared in formulation, it has good compacting properties for easy molding, so as to make material cost greatly reduce in industrially pharmaceutical preparation. It is convenient to storage, easy to manufacture operate, and even more tractable for quality control.
