Abstract: A box canvas apparatus and method is described. The apparatus comprises a canvas (8) and frame means (4), said canvas (8) having a front surface (10) and a rear surface (12). The rear surface of the canvas (8) comprises marking means (14) defined thereon for marking out the location of said frame means (4) in use. Abstract: A printing process is provided for printing an image having one or more metallic regions thereon. The process includes the steps of applying a base layer containing a metallic ink onto a substrate in a pre-determined pattern, followed by applying pre-determined patterns of dots of one or more further ink colours onto the substrate. The combination of dot patterns of said one or more further ink colours and the metallic ink result in the final image.
